I am writing this on behalf of my mum.I visited today and couldn't believe that you had charged £250 for putting in 3 bits of wood! The least we expected was a proper gate, not a make do job with the exsisting fence. We are very disappointed in the workmanship, which clearly does not look professional in any way, shape or form. I feel my mum has been ripped off a bit!
