Nice job by Tony. I had some repointing that needed to be done after a leaking downpipe. Tony is reliable, efficient and friendly, and did the job with minimum fuss. His rates are also fair, and the job came in at the quoted cost. I now have a non-leaky wall that I am very happy about. I would use Tony again if the need came up, and am happy to recommend him to others.

I gave him the opportunity as I was desperate to find someone fast,and didn’t have much success on here.Soon as he accepted,he was already asking for cash beforehand to get materials.I thought you know what,his company details are online,what can go wrong so I did.As his team started the job, they told me I needed to have 2 fences erected as they were badly damaged and deteriorating.I thought heck,why not,might aswell do it now so I gave him again, the opportunity to make some extra business with us.Again,was asked for some pre payment to get the materials,all in cash.All was finished within 2days of the weekend.Fence looked fine,but the roof just looked like a cowboy job.I didn’t complain,as it was done fast,with all the stress with opening a new business,it was one less headache out of the way.After 1 day of rain,the roof was already leaking,like absolutely everywhere.Called him, and he got someone to come by a few days after to fill in more silicone.(Very suspect job again).I thought fine, aslong he’s responding and trying to fix the situation.Fast forward few days later, bearing in mind the shop isn’t open and I’m not always there when it’s raining,it rained again and it was leaking in some areas again.Whatsapped him which is how we normally communicated,called him,read my messages but no reply. Now he has blocked me.Seriously, how he knows I’m opening a business soon this is how he wants to treat his customers. Simply give me back my money or fix the problem, simple!

There is a reason this business is called "Treasured Garden and Design" because Phil is a real gem. Phil impressed me from the outset, visiting on a Sunday to give a quote and the same day e-mailing me a formal proposal. In the space of 24 hours we had agreed a start date for the job. This was really impressive as twice previously I was let down by two tradespeople (from this site). Phil arrived at 07:30 am on a Saturday morning with his team and he didn't finish till 16:30 pm. The team worked solidly. I was impressed with Phil's integrity as one of the items I ordered was not in stock, so Phil had to substitute with a more expensive version. He absorbed the cost and did not charge me any extra. Good guys like Phil are rare, a testament to his excellent work is how busy he is. The job I hired him for was so impressive, my neighbours were asking him for a quote. From now on - Phil is my "go-to_ guy" for all my garden and design needs and I will not go anywhere else. Don't have any doubts about hiring Phil - just do it !

After speaking to Andrew he came out the next day in the evening to repair a damaged wall that was a health and safety issue. His communication was good and he's very personable. The repair to the wall was excellent and I'm very pleased with the end result. Andrew is efficient, tidy and professional also his price was really good. Would use Andrew again and recommend him to others.

It’s always nerve racking to select a trades person on here that has no feedback but got Modestas to come and quote because looking at the work he has put up from a carpentry point of view he clearly knew what he was doing. After getting quotes I decided to go ahead with Modestas to construct my pitch roof and to then do the facials and soffits. I’m really happy with the work and timely manor he had it done in. He is good value for money, very tidy and will be getting him in for further work in the coming weeks. If you have him in a shortlist I would 100% recommend this guy.

We've been absolutely delighted by Massimo's services. He and his team have been professional and friendly from start to finish. Massimo listened and immediately understood what we wanted to do (a rockery-style front garden), he came up with good suggestions, both on the practical and design side of things. The work was completely quickly and within budget. I simply cannot recommend this company more and will not hesitate to use their services again.

A very professional individual. It’s rare to find a tradesperson who charges less than the quoted amount simply because they believe it’s the right thing to do. Steve was initially supposed to replace the gate post and had quoted accordingly. However, upon visiting the site, he found that the post could be reused rather than replaced, saving both money and resources. Highly recommended!
