Alex and his crew did a fantastic job on my property. They did the work on-time, to budget and to a very professional standard. The work required a wide variety of skills from painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrics. As I was unable to be on site Alex constantly kept me updated on progress with photos and videos. Paul came over last week to put up some new fence panels and concrete posts, after having visited to give us a quote previously. He was very responsive with good communication whilst we were arranging times to come over. He gave very helpful advice about the best approach as our fence had a few different sections that needed repair. All done efficiently and quickly within a couple of hours. We will definitely be contacting him again next time we need any garden work doing.

The work Mihai and his team did for us was a Hallway redecoration that included: re-plaster walls and paint, remove carpet, refurb damaged staircase and paint, build custom storage under stairs, make good in hall closet, fix damaged floorboards, and lay new wood flooring in the hallway. Mihai was a great communicator especially in the first week as we set up quote visits and went back and forth on what the job would be. He always showed up on time (or let us know if he was running late). He was collaborative and gave knowledgable input and feedback on our ideas based on his expertise. Execution was to high standard (though we did notice this dipped a bit as the job ran over and the team had to rush). Mihai was really flexible throughout, and while we went over the 2 week estimate job time, it was due to uncovering some big un-expected issues (eg instead of skimming the walls we had to take them back to brick!). Mihai talked us through the implications of these discoveries, made recommendations on the way forward and sort out additional expertise to get it done. The entire team was so nice, polite and friendly. Overall really happy with him and his team's work!

WARNING DO NOT HIRE We have recently redone our whole flat and We asker Zachary to box in some pipe work, lay laminate floor, install skirtking boards and radiator cover and then paint wood work which ended up costing £2700 even though th quote was for much less we think he did this to get the job over the other quotes we received The standard of work was absolutely shocking and sadly we were away whilst he finishers and he pushed us into paying before we could see it claiming he needed it desperately (I know rookie mistake on our part) He claimed he sanded down the wood work but everything was rough to the touch and had old paint chips coming through. after hiring another tradman to Put it right they told me he had not even applied a top coat and had only painted with primer after emailing back and forth for weeks he after first denying our issues promised to come fix the issues however after pestering him for over a month this did not materialise and he didn’t get in contact with us. The laminate flooring is coming away from the walls and some of the joints are not clicked in place properly we are gutted we used him and not somewith more feedback We won’t be making that mistake ever again. The skirting board has huge bits of dried glue coming out on some of the edges honestly I don’t know how he could leave a job like this - some people have no shame! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!
