Reza is awesome, i would highly recommend him to anyone. Prior to starting the job he was incredibly easy to communicate with (we were messaging about the job on his birthday!) and very proactive. He then came round to quote for the work on a bank holiday and after two days the work was complete. We had some enormous quotes for the work from other tradesmen and Reza's quote was so reasonable i thought he was joking (5 times cheaper than one quote). Reza worked bloody hard, lifting 30kg fencing panels on his own, thinking outside the box and pushing on through bad weather. The finished product is exactly what i wanted and we will be looking to hire Reza for future jobs. Cheers mate.

Heera, Jagthar and team was my first personal experience with builders. Let me tell you, it was a pleasure to have them do our porch and other renovations in the house. They are so courteous, hard working and provided a great service. Firstly, I had a comprehensively written quote breaking down all of the steps required. Heera then ensured to keep me in the loop of any developments/any changes of plan required, outlining the reasons why and options, making it easy to understand and work together to completion. Their finish was to a high quality and they would always go the extra step to ensure this. I highly recommend AS Builders for any job and will definitely use them again in the future, and would recommend to my friends and family also. Ricky and the team done a great job, after looking at the drawing from the engineers he pointed out 2 errors that needed rectifying and this is after I had given the same drawing to 2/3 other roofers who where also going to charge alot more than him. They done a great job and even done other bits to fast track the whole construction, done everything required and always made sure to run things by me first. Will definitely be using him again. Thank you

Cannot recommend Arash highly enough. Patio needed attention as did some brickwork including rebuilding a step onto a lower patio. The work was completed professionally and to a high standard and Arash worked solidly throughout and when I added another job it was no problem he was more than happy to add this and to complete at the same time. Please avoid this company for many reasons. There work is absolutely shocking and the owner is incompetent and should be ashamed of himself how he left my job. I’ve tried to contact Elijah and he’s blocked me, he’s an absolute disgrace. I will put up pictures of his work so you can see how bad his work is.

Kithchen and bathroom job which on completion looked really nice however allot of issues cropped up down the line. And the aftercare is non existent We were told we would have a 1 year warranty Flashing LED kitchen cabinet downlight Kitchen plinth was not even fixed back its just propped up. Shower mixer installed with pipes the wrong way round Wobbly kitchen tap Bathroom ceiling trims visibly damaged on install where they cut in the wrong place.

Laszlo did an amazing job fitting my IKEA kitchen worktops. He was very responsive via text and email and answered any questions I had promptly. Adam and his team were very professional, efficient, hardworking and turned up on time every day. We are very pleased with the work and have no hesitation in recommending them.
