Mr Bannerman had great communication and gave me a very good price and did a fantastic job 👍👍 update 11/09/24 Mr Bannerman built me a fence and looked like it was a good job, but 1 year later the fence looks like it leaning towards one side. I contacted Mr Bannerman and he told me he would come and inspect it but never showed and ignored my emails so beware that he might do the same thing if you have any problems with his work.

This was a 6 sided self build Gazebo. The quality of build by Constatin was first class. His work ethic and commitment to completing the job was also first class. (The manufacturing Quality was not great and Constatin got the Gazebo completed perfectly) I’ve booked Constatin for other work and would highly recommend him for any task. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM Alex’s talent is as a salesman. We had him do some gates on our property and they were okay except communication was extremely poor and the price went up apparently for subcontractor costs. As luck would have it he was on the property when we had to have part of our deck lifted for drain repair and he said he could do that and replace the deck when works finished, during that he talked his way into the deck extension we were considering. This was not so good, unfinished edging, too few screws, rough sawing, but by then he had talked us into letting him replace a lean to roof, which we’re considering, he convinced us this would be much more expensive next year due to material costs. DREADFUL OUTCOME! The roof which had been serviceable now leaked in numerous places. The flashing was almost none existent, beams were split by nail gun awful finishing all round. We had to have it made right by a real roofer and we are in the process of trying to claw back costs!

Chris initially contacted me after I posted my job on MyBuilder, I had to do this because the original landscaper who is on here let me down in quite a bad way. I was asked by Chris to provide some pictures with indications as to sizes. Based on this he provided me with both an estimate and suggestions for the way the work should be done. While Chris was happy to do what I wanted he also made a suggestion which seemed to me a better idea. Based on his advice I saved over £1000 on the work. But by far one of the most important factors was he did not have to see the job and he did not ask my address. The point here is that he clearly did not price the job based on the property. Big house big bill. I believe the price I was charged for the work was fair and the work carried out was to a high standard. Based on the work carried out I have no hesitation in recommending you speak to Chris for doing any work. I
