From the moment Roman arrived he was quick to asses the situation, he was a lot more diligent in checking all the complexities of the job (especially considering i had stumps bordering my property) than other people and was able to give a more accurate quote for the work which was really appreciated. Roman built the back portion of my fence and removed an old tired shed which he replaced with another one. I'm happy with the job he did and will end up hiring him again!

Pos- Gheorge was respectful when entering home. Fence is now completed & looks much better. Thank you Ion & Constantine who also worked very well. Neg- Terrible communication, Rushing, Left over materials & not so pleasant towards the end. I ended up having to micromanage, not feeling comfortable leaving them to it. A few fence panels were taken down in the beginning as the quality of work was messy. I was going to be charged for paint brushes etc. But declined. I repeatedly asked if nails & other materials were needed in the beginning & was told no then was given reciepts. I also feel using B&Q on larger projects as professionals is not cost effective. I was also assured the left over materials would be bought which didnt happen. Its quite disappointing when the work is over after having to oversee and constantly buy extra material for it to be done to a decent standard, to then be given reciepts for things that where never explained or agreed is deflating and though the price quoted I paid in full Im currently £47 worth of reciepts outstanding. Im not sure if because i am a women i was expected to not notice. I believe due to the language barrier it can be a little overwhelming. Had i been told exactly what was needed when i continuously asked i wouldnt be so out of pocket & in this mess and although to give & take i left room just incase extra materials were needed it became excessive leaving me out of pocket. Now im made to feel as if im witholding the money.

I recently hired the services for Tom Street to complete a few jobs for me - fencing, flower bed and decking. Positives - Kept in touch with me at all times with progress - Completed the work to a high standard - Completed within an appropriate time frame - He was (in my opinion) reasonably priced. - Nothing was too much trouble - All mess was cleared away efficiently each day - Lovely guy (makes all the difference .. trust me!) - My neighbours have commented on how lovely the work is Negatives - I honestly on the whole fault this service on the whole. I did had one day whereby we had to re-arrange, which unfortunately cost me money (I am self employed and had to cancel to ensure I was available) but aside from this the overall service was great. - My garden side table was broken within the work (the ones with the glass top), however, Tom replaced and fitted the glass which is a testament to the service you will receive with this tradesman I would absolutely recommend his services and so pleased that I chose him to complete my work. My garden looks amazing and am enjoying the sunshine in my new peace of tranquillity Thank you so much!

I hired Ramiz to replace new fencing in my garage. He is by far one of the nicest and most experienced tradesman you can find. He’s very knowledgeable in his field. He came to view the job and explained everything in detail and gave me an estimate in line with my budget without any hidden costs. On the day of the job he was prompt and did a professional job. Conversions - General- 29 Dec 2021
We struggled to get anyone interested in our refurbishment project originally, Mark answered an ad for a small part of the job and ended up being able to take on the whole thing thankfully. Our project was to completely strip out a 1960's maisonette flat, install internal insulation which involved extensive battening of all the external walls, new plasterboarding & plastering finishes to walls and ceilings, tiling and a completely new bathroom and kitchen install. To complicate things further, as enthusiastic DIY-ers we wanted to do lots of works ourselves as well and few builders would have worked alongside novices as well as Mark did. He was always happy to give advice or take over works when we realised they were beyond our skills or time ;-) Our project was constantly evolving and challenging - as we discovered hidden rotting floor joists and the joys of 60's engineering - door lintels - who needs those?! Mark was always there to help us problem solve and get the job done professionally and to high standards and this was all done throughout the challenging last year of lockdowns etc. Without hesitation we'd recommend Mark and his team. He was always reliable, flexible as the project developed and had excellent attention to detail and we couldn't have completed our project without him. Thank you Mark!

Off the back of this job, I have hired Cristian for other jobs and he has also carried work out for my neighbour who was happy with his work. I gave him the opportunity as I was desperate to find someone fast,and didn’t have much success on here.Soon as he accepted,he was already asking for cash beforehand to get materials.I thought you know what,his company details are online,what can go wrong so I did.As his team started the job, they told me I needed to have 2 fences erected as they were badly damaged and deteriorating.I thought heck,why not,might aswell do it now so I gave him again, the opportunity to make some extra business with us.Again,was asked for some pre payment to get the materials,all in cash.All was finished within 2days of the weekend.Fence looked fine,but the roof just looked like a cowboy job.I didn’t complain,as it was done fast,with all the stress with opening a new business,it was one less headache out of the way.After 1 day of rain,the roof was already leaking,like absolutely everywhere.Called him, and he got someone to come by a few days after to fill in more silicone.(Very suspect job again).I thought fine, aslong he’s responding and trying to fix the situation.Fast forward few days later, bearing in mind the shop isn’t open and I’m not always there when it’s raining,it rained again and it was leaking in some areas again.Whatsapped him which is how we normally communicated,called him,read my messages but no reply. Now he has blocked me.Seriously, how he knows I’m opening a business soon this is how he wants to treat his customers. Simply give me back my money or fix the problem, simple!
