I had an excellent experience with Jaj. He was patient, honest, and very knowledgeable. He advised me on the best places to source materials and arrived exactly on the day he said he would. The wall panel he installed looks amazing, and he even went the extra mile by installing my TV wall bracket as well. Jaj is skilled, reliable, and truly professional. Upon Warren requesting to quote for the works we required, Warren was able to attend and quote straight away. With a very reasonable and descriptive quote, which we were keen to go ahead with. We advised the importance to Warren as this was a security issue, Warren was able to fit this in the following day. Warren carried out the works exactly as described and on completion sent photographs (erected 8.2m of razor wire on steel brackets, using the correct fixings to fix to the brick work, with barbed wire through the centre) . Would highly recommend Taylor'd services and hope to use Warren again in the future. Further impressed by no costs being requested up front, which you find with most contractors now. Andy was a pleasure to work with, he is totally customer centred which shows in his attention to detail and delivery of the best service he can for the best value and price. Andy is extremely easy to contact and will usually answer texts or messages as soon as he receives them, keeping you updated at all stages of the job. The job to take down a wall and replace with a fence, this didn't go to what was planned because of issues outside of Andy's control, Andy was able to offer a flexible and doable alternative and I am very happy with the fence Andy has supplied and fitted in the time frame specified. I would have no problem with recommending Andy to my family and friends, he is approachable, flexible and knowledgeable.
