I hired DS Developments to completely landscape my small front garden. This involved clearing and levelling the area; moving and re-securing a bike shed; laying a patio and lawn; and a number of finishing touches. The area went from somewhat of an embarrassing eye-sore to an area of pride. One that several neighbours have already made compliments about. David provided a professional service from start to finish. His quote was more than I expected, but his knowledge and vision gave me the confidence to select his services. He provided a selection of options and stuck to budget; adapted well to new ideas/suggestions; and informed in advance where the cost would be impacted. He and his team also were as tidy and considerate as possible and I highly recommend their services.

Iljaz and his Team were brilliant! I was slightly concerned having no reviews. They found the leak, fixed it and patched up the wall in very tidy and professional manner. He did say he wouldn't be able to come today and updated me, however he made time to come in-between his day to sort out my issue. Not many true trades people like this and very honest and stuck to his word. I would definitely recommend him and would not hesitate to use his team again. Thank Iljaz!

We recently had our kitchen refurbished by Dumitru, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. He’s one of those rare builders who combines professionalism with real care for the details. He worked efficiently, kept the place tidy throughout the project, and always cleaned up after himself — which honestly made such a difference when living through a renovation. What I appreciated most was how supportive he was when it came to choosing the right materials. He guided us through the options without ever pushing, and his advice proved spot-on. The final result is exactly what we hoped for and more. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and easy to work with, I totally recommend Dumitru P.S. For anyone curious about the scope of the work: Dumitru changed our worktop, removed the old tiles and redid the flooring with laminate, installed a new cooker and hob, fitted a new sink, repaired the walls after the new boiler went in, and repainted everything. The guys were more human than just fencers ; they helped clear some trees and then installed the fence. Only advice is - be clear of what you want so they do not have to undo and correct things but they will do everything whole heartedly. Colours and quality of fence vary but decide whether you want to buy own material or have it supplied. The areas with concrete already can be challenging but they managed that very well and very neatly. They clear up the mess from either side and most importantly ; they will give you a good deal better price than most companies !

A big mistake in hiring these people. Lucky for me I hired someone else for the landscaping, but I did hire Ponari to do some handy work as the person who owns it, complained they had to pay MyBuilder to quote for my job. The handy work which consisted of some assembling of items cost £75. He said he wasn't able to hook up my washing machine (I had just moved homes) but got someone else to whom he claims was a plumber. It cost me £25. This cowboy hooked up my washing machine but didn't remove a cap from a hose. This made my washing machine flood my kitchen. At the time I had no idea this was what was causing the flood. When I called Ponari, Jet said they had not done anything wrong and wouldn't be coming back to look at the machine. They refused to even come back to look at it. It's a one year old machine that was working fine until they touched it. After calling a washing machine technician it took him 2minutes to figure out what they did wrong, and I still had topay £120 for call out and labour. I asked Ponari to cover my expenses, but they pretty much told me to take a hike, claiming they had to initially had to pay MyBuilder £30 to quote for my original gardening job.
