Lee and his team done my driveway and garden. My garden was redesigned. Paved patio, new turf and full fencing all around. All work was done while I was at work, everything was clean and clear. Done within the timescale specified at a very competitive price. Communication with Lee was brilliant, such a lovely team and workmanship is brilliant. I would highly recommend Lee and his team.

I used this company to refurbish my kitchen and bathroom. They initially started well and worked quickly. After a couple of delays, which is understandable on projects like this, I felt they began to rush the job, and the finishing towards the end was not great, especially as I was not around much and they seemed more focused on their next job. I also had an issue where the boiler condensate pipe was left routed outside instead of being properly connected, and this was not not corrected by afterwards even when they said they would fix it. Overall, the price was reasonable, but I would recommend keeping a close eye on the work from start to finish.

I hired Premiere fencing to replace a 10metre long, 5ft high feather edge fence. Premier fencing did an excellent job and were customer friendly. They demonstrated professionalism. They were on time to start the work and ensured that the work was completed the same day. They took care to reduce the impact of the work on the adjacent property. They removed all the waste at the end of their work. I would recommend Premiere fencing to prospective clients.

I placed an add in mybuilder.com to have my house fully insulated and received many replies including one from Sergiu. After meeting him I felt he was the best placed person to carry out the work as he was the most knowledgeable and seemed to know all about the various types of insulation and which one I needed for my home. He fully explained the procedure from start to finish was always on time and tidied up at the end of each day.His work is second to none and the price was very very competitive in fact much less then the big companies were asking.I am extremely happy with the job and the standard of finish. Sergiu is very police professional and trustworthy and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone on here to carry out work in your home.

Pos- Gheorge was respectful when entering home. Fence is now completed & looks much better. Thank you Ion & Constantine who also worked very well. Neg- Terrible communication, Rushing, Left over materials & not so pleasant towards the end. I ended up having to micromanage, not feeling comfortable leaving them to it. A few fence panels were taken down in the beginning as the quality of work was messy. I was going to be charged for paint brushes etc. But declined. I repeatedly asked if nails & other materials were needed in the beginning & was told no then was given reciepts. I also feel using B&Q on larger projects as professionals is not cost effective. I was also assured the left over materials would be bought which didnt happen. Its quite disappointing when the work is over after having to oversee and constantly buy extra material for it to be done to a decent standard, to then be given reciepts for things that where never explained or agreed is deflating and though the price quoted I paid in full Im currently £47 worth of reciepts outstanding. Im not sure if because i am a women i was expected to not notice. I believe due to the language barrier it can be a little overwhelming. Had i been told exactly what was needed when i continuously asked i wouldnt be so out of pocket & in this mess and although to give & take i left room just incase extra materials were needed it became excessive leaving me out of pocket. Now im made to feel as if im witholding the money.

I recently hired Arben for a garden fence upgrade, replacing several old wooden posts with concrete ones and adding concrete boards to prevent rot — and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Eriken arrived on time, surveyed the garden, and then recommended a better solution to the one that I had in mind, namely using concrete fence posts to replace the old wood and metal ones, and he did so without putting any pressure on me at all. I thought it was a great idea as they would be much easier to maintain, and replacing future fence panels would be a matter of just sliding them in. We agreed on a fair price, and Eriken arrived promptly on the day with his colleagues, took down all of my old fence panels and fence posts, and fitted new concrete posts and new panels very professionally. He and his colleagues took away my old fence panels for disposal and cleared away any mess, and then he sent me pictures of the job as it was at one of my tenanted properties. I would definitely use Eriken again. Thank you, Eriken, for a professional job well done.
