We had two doors fitted and during the process we had quite a good experience. He did most of the work but was unable to finish everything because he needed to leave but agreed to finish the job when he came back for fitting the remaining doors. We paid him in full for the two doors but then he later increased the price for the remaining doors and also did not come back to finish what I thought was agreed on the two doors that were fully paid up.
