The remit was to transform a very tired and old decked garden to a patioed garden. The task consisted of replacing a) a railway sleeper [double height right angled wall] with a s-curved brick wall b) around 5-6 sqm of decking with paving c) around 10 sqm decked path with paving d) turf with additional 3sqm with paving e) curb turfed and planting areas with charcoal kerb ricks The end result was brilliant, friends and family greatly admiring the transformation and the quality of the work done. Mark is a consummate professional, skilled, flexible and diligent, with excellent timekeeping. This job was undertaken in extreme winter conditions, yet Mark continued to work in both the cold and wet. I would without hesitation recommend Mark.

I could not have refurbished our new home and been able to move in without Marcin and his help. I think he joined us in December and he is still helping with small things etc. He is A GENIUS. He came in to knock through a wall joining a small room with the kitchen but he has since just done everything! He is a master builder PLUS PLUS PLUS. He has built us a beautiful bathroom. Sorted out the plumbing and heating with a new boiler. Plastered, done electrical work, put up blinds, doors, windows, you name it. He has amazing ideas. He is friendly and very communicative and reliable. It is just a pleasure to have him around and being part of the team.

Mitch and his team were efficient at building the retaining wall in my garden, working on a Saturday to get the job done. The work was completed to a very high standard. The wall had to be left slightly unfinished in order for other works to happen first, so Mitch promised to come back and finish off the wall at no additional cost later in the week. After some chasing, Mitch came back to finish the wall by himself the following Saturday. This was also completed to a high standard. We would highly recommend Mitch’s service for an efficient, high standard output.

Dave and his team built a side extension over our existing garage and converted our garage into a TV room. The project went well with no real issues and was very efficient. The build and finish was done to high standard and the site was kept tidy. Dave would question the designs if he thought something could be done better. I would definitely recommend Dave for any building projects.

Highline came round to survey the property to ensure we were all aligned of what we wanted to be installed. They took some measurements and photos and went away to get some material prices. Came back within a couple of days with a formal breakdown of costs both material and labour split. We also discussed timeframes and what would work best for us. They removed an old fence, dug out the footings for a new one with concrete bases and posts, and installed a new higher and straight fence boundary. They also dug up our old existing patio/concrete area and re-laid a nice new patio. Took all rubble and excess materials away as requested and left the property in a very good state. They also made a new gate for us to match the existing fencing! Really nice guys, would recommend and if we need anything else doing I'll defiantly be giving them a call.
