I wasn't sure as John didn't have any feedback on here. He provided me with a reference and then upon request happily provided a second. Both checked out totally fine. He was happy to answer many questions and clarify several times exactly what the job would be. When the parameters of the job changed (several times) he happily renegotiated. The work was done within the time and on the day that he agreed. My carpenter was pleased with the base so a job well done.

Sonny was prompt and transparent in communication. He stopped by first to assess the job and ensure he was comfortable taking on the work required - installing a new light fixture in our dining room and a very complicated beading against our bottom step which had a rounded edge. He displayed some great carpentary skills on the installing of the beading on the edge with patience to make 15+ cuts to make the round shape complete. We needed some flexibility on scheduling and he was happy to accomodate. The day he came to complete the job he was well prepped and had a plan making the job go quite well. He even communicated throughout the job to ensure we had visibility on what he was planning and making sure it was aligned to our vision. Overall a positive experience and I would work with Sonny agai - in fact planning on using him for another job in the coming weeks.

MD Building originally came in to rebuild our garden. We were very impressed by their professionalism and building skills and asked them to do much more for us (e.g. build new guest toilet, re-fit bathroom, paint bedrooms and hallway, rebuild parts of our kitchen). They were here for 9 months in the end and were very hard working (come rain or shine) and knowledgeable and we were very grateful that they included some extras for free. We are really happy with the majority of their work and they did offer to re-do the items we were not happy with (e.g. the laying of the coping stones in the garden wall). They also returned to fit a draining gutter when we found out that the new patio did not include draining. We struggled with getting timely responses at times and there we also some no shows, but, they always worked hard to make up for it each time and overall, were much more professional than the builders we have used in the past.

Bledar did an excellent job fixing the fences in our garden. The job involved installing new fence panels with concrete gravel boards and posts, making a new panel to match the existing style, removing concrete and posts and transferring them to an existing fence that previously had wooden posts and holes across the bottom. Very happy with the end result would use Bledar again if we need further work done in our garden.

Lovely father son business, professional, friendly guys. I asked them to build a plasterboard wall in order to create an extra bedroom in my house, the wall was finished well, within two days and they charged me a very reasonable rate, as a young women in business I find that tradesmen often try to overcharge me but these gentleman did not. They also took a look at leak that had occured which another professional plumber failed to solve and tried to charge me over £200 just to take a look! I have and will book them on a number of other jobs.

Ovidiu and his partner put up a new fence in my garden. I have never met him before and found him a very professional and reliable man. Both men worked from 0900 to 18430 the first day. They put up my fence with concrete posts, They took all the rubble, old fence, old plants and weeds the second day they just didn’t stop. All they had was tea all day. I honestly mean this their work was absolutely outstanding. Both very nice and honest men - Ovidiu will go far I would recommend him to anyone and will be doing do. Tom and his colleague Konrad were fantastic They came round 3 times prior to undertaking the work to discuss exactly what we wanted To achieve and meticulously planned it out. They were prompt on the delivery of the work and even came back twice after to ensure the painting was perfect. On top of this they are both absolutely top guys who were easy to get on with and very transparent regarding costs We’ve already booked additional work and would highly recommend these guys to friends and family.
