We chose SWLBC to refurbish a two-bedroom flat. This entailed complete redecoration, replacement of the flooring with a new engineered wood floor, moving old and installing new electrical sockets and light switches, running some new piping and replacing the heating system with a more modern and efficient one. The quote from SWLBC was very competitive and we are really happy with the quality of the work. The flat is transformed and it looks terrific. Helped me order the correct garden door and then went to pick up extra bits when the order didn't turn up correctly, for no extra cost and couldn't have been nicer about it, even though it was a pain for them. Paulo and team came to help me renovate my kitchen, they've done an amazing job on a very old kitchen with many deeply neglected issues including having been flooded several years ago. Excellent quality of work, very skillful - I am a bit of a perfectionist. They were sensitive to my budget and helped me source the best deals on units and advised me on what worktops to get and always available with advise and guidance that was honed with decades of experience. I felt they took on the job as if they were working on their own house - getting the best materials and work done within the budget. Paulo and team worked very hard and I felt they took care of every little detail, checking with me what I wanted and gave me options while pointing out the pros and cons with patience and good nature. 10 out of 10!
