During recent storms much of my fencing was damaged beyond repair. I posted the job, anticipating it would take a while for a response due to high demand. Gino responded within an hour & by lunchtime had provided a provisional verbal quote and date to do a site visit. Within that week Gino's team turned up when they said they would, quoted in line with the verbal quote, ordered the materials and then completed the job to a really high standard. They also managed to get a large amount of building materials through my flat which is terraced with no external access & an even larger quantity of garden & building material back out with minimal hassle. They cleaned up both externally & internally so you wouldn't have known they had been there,apart from a great fencing job. I would 100% recommend Gino & team, they communicate well all the way during the job, turned up on time & did exactly what they say they were going to do, with no fuss & to a really high standard. They are also really easy to have around the property, perfectly happy to hand over my keys, go to work & let them get on with the job knowing they will call if there are any queries or concerns. On the back of this work I've already asked for quotes for two further larger jobs on my property as the whole experience has been so positive, and my neighbours are asking for quotes as well.Im not surprised Gino works by recommendation only.

Was really impressed with these guys. Helped me order the correct garden door and then went to pick up extra bits when the order didn't turn up correctly, for no extra cost and couldn't have been nicer about it, even though it was a pain for them. Really cheerful and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Would use them again, for sure.

Jason was extremely professional, polite, effective and very efficient with his work on our garden job. He is someone who definitely takes pride in what he does and it shows. From pricing the job to completion, he was an absolute joy to work with. Arrived on time, materials and tools ready and an attitude to match. He left our garden looking transformed, the difference is literally night and day, and we couldn't thank him enough for it. Lawn is growing perfectly in a lush green, getting ready for a great summer ahead. Jason himself is very knowledgeable and knows how to deal with many gardens in a way that matches what we were looking for and I can say with confidence he'll do the same going forward on other jobs. Bledar did an excellent job fixing the fences in our garden. The job involved installing new fence panels with concrete gravel boards and posts, making a new panel to match the existing style, removing concrete and posts and transferring them to an existing fence that previously had wooden posts and holes across the bottom. Very happy with the end result would use Bledar again if we need further work done in our garden.

Pos- Gheorge was respectful when entering home. Fence is now completed & looks much better. Thank you Ion & Constantine who also worked very well. Neg- Terrible communication, Rushing, Left over materials & not so pleasant towards the end. I ended up having to micromanage, not feeling comfortable leaving them to it. A few fence panels were taken down in the beginning as the quality of work was messy. I was going to be charged for paint brushes etc. But declined. I repeatedly asked if nails & other materials were needed in the beginning & was told no then was given reciepts. I also feel using B&Q on larger projects as professionals is not cost effective. I was also assured the left over materials would be bought which didnt happen. Its quite disappointing when the work is over after having to oversee and constantly buy extra material for it to be done to a decent standard, to then be given reciepts for things that where never explained or agreed is deflating and though the price quoted I paid in full Im currently £47 worth of reciepts outstanding. Im not sure if because i am a women i was expected to not notice. I believe due to the language barrier it can be a little overwhelming. Had i been told exactly what was needed when i continuously asked i wouldnt be so out of pocket & in this mess and although to give & take i left room just incase extra materials were needed it became excessive leaving me out of pocket. Now im made to feel as if im witholding the money.

Once Paul was shortlisted, he contacted me to find out more about the job. From there, we agreed a time for him to come and provide me with a quote and ascertain some more details. Once Paul came round to see the project, he provided me with a quote which i felt was fairly priced and agreed for him to do the project. We arranged a time and date for Paul to start the work. I had to call Paul a few times before the start date to ask a few questions and change the start time, but nothing was too much trouble for him. Paul arrived promptly, with essential tools and was ready to start work. Once Paul had completed the job, he asked me to come and see it and confirm it was to my satisfaction, which it was. Paul cleaned up and removed all rubbish and left the area as clean and tidy as he found it. Paul even gave advice on other issues i had questions about which were not related to the job he was being paid for. Paul was well mannered, highly professional, very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and kind. It was a pleasure to hire Paul and i would strongly recommend him for future projects.
