I would have given Tom & Peter 5*s as they done an excellent job of laying my patio area, but my description was "Garden patio; adding 2 small retaining walls; replace shed roof". Unfortunately, replacing the shed roof was not included in the original quote and when I mentioned this was told it would not be too much. As they had done such a brilliant job on the paving, I asked if the price of levelling the decking could be included in the quote with the roof. The price given was way out of my budget, but because Tom is reasonable we agreed on a price. Tom agreed to return the following week and complete the works. Unfortunately he was not well and agreed to do this the following week - that was a couple of weeks ago. I've not heard anything since - a shame really, as he worked hard to ensure the patio area was done well. I therefore suggest making sure you receive a quote for "all" works and don't leave it to chance that what's been left off will be dealt with later.

Tibor arrived on time and presented as an upright citizen. He was happy to discuss how he was going to tackle the work and offered options before he began. Our interactions were mutually respectful. He conducted his work efficiently and effectively and made sure that he undertook to make the site clean and tidy after he had completed the task. Phil of All Builds provided an exemplary service for my project which consisted of leveling all the upstairs floors at a house in SW London. Phil's approach was first class and he offered good solutions and practical advice on the best way to complete all the work. I was also very impressed with how he was able to undertake other trade work such as plumbing, which was required for this project. LGC Decorators completed the re-decoration throughout my 5 bedroom property. The guys were on time and very reliable. I didn't have any issue with their time-keeping. They did their best to keep the place clean and tidy ensuring to clear up after themselves. The quality of their work is to a high specification, I would absolutely use them again for any future painting work. They were great. My new kitchen is fantastic. We chatted before the work started, what was going to happen when, when we needed to get things delivered (kitchen, flooring, taps, lights, fridge, paint etc etc). They kept to the timetable and delivered the project perfectly. They kept me informed when they faced issues (hidden lead pipes that needed tackling, dodgy electrics etc), we worked through the issues as they arose. They even came in and worked a Saturday to catch up time after the plaster took longer to dry because of the cold weather. They were friendly, smiley and they kept an eye out for my inquisitive cats who wanted to help out. They built a temporary barrier to keep the dust at bay and tidied up every night so living amongst the chaos was doable. I have another couple of smaller jobs needing doing and I will be calling them back in. They were skilled at their work and were reasonably priced too. They are now replacing next door's kitchen after I recommemded them.

Side Return Rear Extension We couldn't have been happier with Theo and the Buildas team. Their approach in general as well as their work. They were a pleasure to deal with and clearly knew what they were doing from moment they first came round to price things up. They arrived early and worked late everyday and managed to get things dome at a fantastic rate. We are really happy with the finished product, especially as derived on time and on budget, even with a few additional tasks thrown in while they were here.
