I hired DS Developments to completely landscape my small front garden. This involved clearing and levelling the area; moving and re-securing a bike shed; laying a patio and lawn; and a number of finishing touches. The area went from somewhat of an embarrassing eye-sore to an area of pride. One that several neighbours have already made compliments about. David provided a professional service from start to finish. His quote was more than I expected, but his knowledge and vision gave me the confidence to select his services. He provided a selection of options and stuck to budget; adapted well to new ideas/suggestions; and informed in advance where the cost would be impacted. He and his team also were as tidy and considerate as possible and I highly recommend their services.

Chris made it easy to ask questions and was open to last-minute tweaks when needed. He handled everything with real professionalism, from tidying up daily to managing disposal of all rubbish, and he kept my flat in excellent condition with proper floor and surface protection. Renovations are never entirely disruption-free, but Chris ensured everything ran smoothly and with minimal inconvenience. On top of that, his pricing was very competitive, especially compared to other tradesmen who seemed to overinflate or play the system. Very pleased with the fence works Turguy completed. True professional, hard working, polite and eye for detail, left everything tidy. High quality products used. It wasn’t a straight-forward job but came up with solutions for some tricky aspects of the fitting. I was hesitating about leavening feedback for a long time, but in the end decided to do it. I hired Anton for the job and when he came round I unfortunately was very unwell running high fever, so wasn’t entirely with it. Anton didn’t fix the tap but simply found another way I could run water in the bath (which was already there). He charged me £400 for simply showing me how to open another tap. If I were well, there’s no way I would have paid him so much money. Another plumber came round since and fixed the problem for £180. All I can say I’ve felt de-frauded.
