Ben was very helpful with great & prompt communication. We had to call the local guy back 3 times to redo areas - partly ceiling bulges he’d never seen before but partly bumps, uneven areas and gaps in the plastering that needed fixing. Now it’s painted other bumps are visible.

Came to the location and did the job there and then. He said all it needs is a seal between the tiles and the lead coming down the valley. He cemented the lead valley and painted it with bitumen. Didn't seal either side of the lead where it meets the tiles. I asked for the flash band to be removed which they didn't do and painted over it. Took three people, a ladder and about 30 mins and charged quite a lot for the job and already had the stuff in the truck which I assume was paid for by another customer, but that's not an issue, wherever profit could be made I guess. It doesn't mean the job should be done carelessly. "Trust me, I know what I'm doing". He guaranteed the job and said he'll come back if it didn't stop the leak and if it didn't work the second time, then he will give a full refund. I did call him as the leak continued but after several messages of excuses started ignoring my request. Very keen for a review. So thanks very much for your help and honouring your guarantee.

INITIAL REVIEW: Ieuan is really polite, informative, flexible and he did a great job on the doors etc! It’s been great working with him and I have hired him for another job and will definitely do again in the future. UPDATE: I re-engaged Ieuan after the positive first experience but sadly the second experience has not been so great. He made a mistake on the second job which we only realised after I had paid for the job and he left. The lock he installed is only locking from inside but not from outside. I have been asking him for more than a month to come back and correct it but he has not. He has been difficult to reach and has promised to come a few times but not showed up. I now have to engage someone else to fix it.

excellent job! for a job that turned out to be a lot harder than expected, these lads did a fantastic job with a "can do" attitude to get around all of the set backs, nothing was too much trouble! even with troublesome neighbours they worked to keep them happy. They took all of the rubbish and wood away. Excellent value totally open on pricing and looked for the best price to achieve my budget. I wish all trades were this helpful and a joy to work with. Looking forward to another project in the near future with you guys. Thank you!
