Did not complete the job saying fence would fall down if all trellis removed. I brought someone else who removed all the trellis & fence did not fall down. Damaged my lock after clear instructions not to tamper with it but simply to cut the padlock. They had agreed to cut the padlock but later said their grinder was faulty. Left me with unprotected and damaged storage. Cancelled their booking a day before quoting bad weather forecast. Chose the best day & time to start work, and then arrived 2hours late. Will not engage them again

I inspected the work after, and the new erected fence looks really good and definitely durable.
