We hired Cheney Construction to build our 2 storey side extension with gable end. Throughout the project so far Ross has communicated well and acted professionally. If we have any questions or problems he is always available to discuss our options and give us advice. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable and very positive - he always has a smile on his face! So far the project has remained on budget and Ross has been mindful of our tight budget throughout. This is very much appreciated. He has a good team of trades people behind him to get the job done in a timely manner. We are currently living in our house whilst the work is being done. Ross and his team have managed to allow this to happen with minimal interruption to our day-to-day routines. We are really pleased with our extension so far and can’t wait to start using it soon! We wouldn’t hesitate to use Ross and his team again in the future for other work and would definitely recommend.

Laszlo did an amazing job fitting my IKEA kitchen worktops. He was very responsive via text and email and answered any questions I had promptly. Really pleased with the work done on my driveway – the edges and loose bricks were fixed properly and everything looks much neater now. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what he was doing. Communication was great throughout. He also promised to come back in 2 weeks to re-sand :)

I hired Ramiz to replace new fencing in my garage. He is by far one of the nicest and most experienced tradesman you can find. He’s very knowledgeable in his field. He came to view the job and explained everything in detail and gave me an estimate in line with my budget without any hidden costs. On the day of the job he was prompt and did a professional job. My new fencing looks stunning and will last for a very long time. Top notch service - I highly recommend Ramiz, you will not be disappointed l!

Quoted £1950 initially, agreed cost at £1800 for 13, 6ft fence panels and concrete post, next day after few hrs they said will cost 250 more as didn't realize it is more work than planned, So agreed to do 13 fence at £2000. After 3 days of work, installed 5 ft fence panels (not 6ft) which are not straight and at uneven in height. They have left cement and mud all over the grass and not really cleared. Fences look like being put by a 2 yr old , irregular, stitched up and wonky after spending £2000 on it. Recommend staying away, I got quotes ranging from 1450 to 2400, should have seen prior reviews beforehand. They did do the fences after 3 days though they usually stared working after 1-2 in afternoon and not earlier. Hope this honest review helps others In making a informed decision.

I could not recommend Dale Smith. Whilst he did a reasonable job removing the fitted bedroom furniture, he did not fulfil the brief. He did not make good the walls and ceiling to an acceptable standard. It was less than a days work and I was paying him nearly £800. He fitted all the furniture into his van, ready to take to the tip. When I asked him to return to complete the job, he replied that if I didn’t pay him he would return and leave all the fitted furniture on my door step. I paid him £700 but then had to employ another tradesperson to fill the holes left in the walls and ceiling, so that I could have the room painted.
