Everything started well. The team were friendly, helpful and worked quickly. They were asked to smooth the entire garden with a slight slope for drainage and level a specific courtyard area. Although I was told the job could take up to a day and a half, they finished by around 3pm on the first day. They suggested raising the courtyard using the excavated soil rather than digging it down, meaning it would not be flattened. With everything going on, I forgot to confirm that I still wanted the courtyard levelled as originally requested. After checking the garden properly the next day, I found several small areas had been missed, and the overall garden was still uneven and not properly smoothed. Several people have also commented on this. The bottom section was missed on the day, and when I pointed it out, they only dug up the grass without levelling or smoothing it. I have contacted them 3 times asking them to complete the missed areas, courtyard and bottom section. Every message ignored
