Total time-waster, hired to plaster our living room, gave us a date which was weeks away then when the date came he said he'd overrun on a previous job so pushed it back by a week. Due to start on Tuesday(20th August) no contact so I contacted him and he told me that he wasn't going to be able to do the job so we should get someone else..wasted months waiting! Wish we'd never given him the job. He never contacted us once, we've had to chase and chase just to be told he now doesn't want to do it!!!

The remit was to transform a very tired and old decked garden to a patioed garden. The task consisted of replacing a) a railway sleeper [double height right angled wall] with a s-curved brick wall b) around 5-6 sqm of decking with paving c) around 10 sqm decked path with paving d) turf with additional 3sqm with paving e) curb turfed and planting areas with charcoal kerb ricks The end result was brilliant, friends and family greatly admiring the transformation and the quality of the work done. Mark is a consummate professional, skilled, flexible and diligent, with excellent timekeeping. This job was undertaken in extreme winter conditions, yet Mark continued to work in both the cold and wet. I would without hesitation recommend Mark.

First contact with Joe was over the phone when we agreed on the day to come and do an evaluation/ quotation. He came promptly and did a fairly quick evaluation of the job (15-20 minutes) In the same time we agreed on the start date and how long is going to take. The good surprise it was when after a week I have got a text message from Joe informing that he is able to start sooner. That was great for me as I could manage my time better. Overall good quality job, done quicker that I was initially planning.
