Hi, I’m Lee Willis, I left school at 16 and went into roofing, following a number of years I moved into a multi trade role working on sites across the country, whilst also undertaking roofing work in my spare time. I’m currently renovating my family home, doing almost all of the work myself, excluding plastering and electrical work. I do currently work full time, as a senior site manager on a new build hospital with a value of £110m.
