The job specific requirement was that the fences are needed to be anchored to a retaining wall rather than supported on ground. Responded to job post, arranged to meet on site and provided quote very quickly. Quote was very competitive. Most other fencing contractors didn't even quote to meet the job scope but proposed for conventional posts on ground. Dec went the extra mile to research methods and materials to do the job. Punctual start on the agreed day and completed within the agreed duration (which coincide with the period of heatwave). Excellent communicator and keep me updated with status and progress on daily basis. Genuinely cares about the work that he does and the quality of the finished end product. It was a pleasure to deal with Dec and will have no hesitation hire him to undertake future fencing and landscaping needs! Highly recommended!

Throughout the process John has been brilliant. He has done exactly what he has said he would from arriving at the promised times thoughout, to building exactly what he described, to sticking to his quote. His communication is excellent. He has kept me informed at all times, is a neat, considerate and tidy worker who takes a real pride in what he does. He brought along a workmate, Jack, together they worked as a great team. They were polite, perfectionist, capable, neat and helpful. This included well thought out ways to dispose of no longer needed stone slabs. The results look terrific and the garden looks great. Highly recommended.

So it's been over two months and this person has still not come back to complete the work which he said he would return to complete (fitting latches and locks to doors). The work completed (door fittings) was not of a good standard at all with loose architrave left on one door which he was paid to finish off. Would not recommend.
