Alex arrived at my property two hours later than agreed, and from the moment he stepped in, it was clear he just wanted to get the job over with as quickly as possible. He trampled over all my flowers and did a very poor job overall. He charged me £250 for less than an hour of work. To make matters worse, he took a bike cover that was stored in a shed I asked him to clear. I’ve spent over a month trying to get it back, but he has shown no intention of returning it. A complete nightmare — do not hire!
