The first job was to remove all of the ridge tiles from our house, clean off the old mortar, refit and recement them back into place. Second job was to rebuild the top section of our chimney. Both jobs were done with great care and professionalism. Mr Jefferies and his colleague were clean and tidy at all times, which was reflected in their work. They gave us a price before they started and were on time with their work. We would use them again.

I hired PT Roofing in Exeter for a job that I wasn't 100% sure which works needed to be carried out. Paul came out and explained what needed doing, he provided photo evidence on his own accord and after I spoke to another roofer, I hired Paul. He and his son came and did the work on time, didn't stop for the obligatory half an hour tea break, and completed the job in a safe, clean and organised fashion. As a homeowner sometimes bills crop up from time to time and honest workmanship can be hard to find. Thanks Paul it looks great, and the wife was pleased.

Side Return Rear Extension We couldn't have been happier with Theo and the Buildas team. Their approach in general as well as their work. They were a pleasure to deal with and clearly knew what they were doing from moment they first came round to price things up. They arrived early and worked late everyday and managed to get things dome at a fantastic rate. We are really happy with the finished product, especially as derived on time and on budget, even with a few additional tasks thrown in while they were here. This guy really mucked me around. I wanted to get five gutters cleaned at different properties. Went to a a lot of trouble to organise with tenants calling in various favours. He then decided he didn't feel like coming on Saturday so again I went to a lot of trouble and got it all booked in fro Sunday. A "no show" today and not even the courage to call me just to double check. "INTEGRITY" is not this middle man's name and I now have to go cap in hand to explain why I can't competently handle what should have been a simple and straightforward matter. I never want to have dealings with this man again and if were you, I wouldn't either. Completely unreliable.

We were happy before it rained and we thoroughly checked their work. They left mess, razor sharp edges on the glass, and glass overhanging neighbours land a little bit. We asked them to return to remedy this which they said they would do this coming Tuesday. Since then we have also noticed that they have cut our glass too short, cut the new hardwood at too steep an angle which was bodged in with wood filler, and now it's rained this new roof has massively leaked. In places where the glass is cut too short and even along the length of one of the new wooden beams; must be missing a bit of silicone. It is now Saturday and we have called them 2 days ago on Thursday, yesterday Friday we called and texted, and today again we both texted and one of us called them, to check if they are still coming on Tuesday or not. 3 days is not unreasonable to return a call or text just to confirm either way. More rain is due between now and then, concerned about lack of communication and quality of work.

I was given the date for the job 2 months away, then it never happened. Extremely poor communication with no concrete postponement or reasoning despite me chasing with calls and texts for over a month. I’ve had to seek another roofer after now after 3 months of waiting for Tr roofing…appalling.

I hired this person to do a job for me and it was a unprofessional from the start, kept changing dates he gave me a quote to do a job and left the job half done but I paid him the money. Now he will not return to Would definitely not recommend him

I choose Martins company to do the building work in my home after much consideration and research. I had my bathroom fully converted into a wet room, my living room and dining room were re-plastered and decorated, I also had all internal doors fitted, all of this work was finished to a very high standard in an amazing space of time. Tony Jones has completed a lot of work for me, over the years ie Brick Walls, Decking (rather a lot of it ), fencing, roofing, painting/decorating. flooring, building cupboards, new ceilings, tiling, and even built me a Chicken Coop. I have found him to be totally reliable with everything, if he says he will be there at a given time, then he will be, he has never added anything to the cost quoted. He has completed everything he has ever done to a high standard. Until I met Tony Jones I was constantly being let down by other builders.
