Didn't try and remove Asbestos roof properly and banging away and put holes in my kitchen Ceiling. Left a young lad on his own . Used cheap Ply Chipboard to board over and put this thin grey roof sheet and has been leaking since . Tried contacting them. But ignored me and water coming through bathroom Ceiling. So I am taking the legal route against them . Initially, I was impressed with the efficiency of IJL Property Maintenance in fixing a guttering leak and plastering my wall. However, my satisfaction quickly turned to disappointment when the wall remained wet and the guttering leak persisted despite their attempts to address the issues. Despite reaching out multiple times for further assistance, my messages were consistently ignored, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. Unfortunately, due to the incomplete job and lack of responsiveness, I cannot recommend their services to others.Latest review:Guttering-

A superb job done on laying a large amount of oak laminate flooring for a large garage converted to a games room. In addition he installed skirting to newly plastered white walls to give the perfect finish. Mark was punctual, and got down to work immediately, even without myself being around on site initially, Time taken to complete the works... just under 2 days ... thumbs up on estimation times and quick discussions. Clean and tidy person with very good eye for detail. Mark was very helpful with advice and even found the extra material needed to complete the job at minimal expense. I would most definitely call on him again for any carpentry or small works I have available for him. Gordon and Jo were great. We got a very reasonable quote for a tricky and difficult job. They turned up on time and did a great job in good time and the result is gorgeous, we are all very pleased!
