Great communication throughout the entire job, they were happy to deal directly with my tenant as I am a landlord, this made things much easier for me. They sent before and after pictures of their work and even contacted me after completion to see how things were. Very reasonable price. Great to find some reliable tradesmen who take pride in their work, will use again in future. Very happy indeed.

John and his team did an excellent job replacing our old concrete gutters with upvc fascia and plastic gutters, a really nice group of lads, good price, cleaned all up afterwards even took some rubbish away for us left by our old tenants, back and front all done in a day brought their own scaffold so that saved on cost, very pleased will be using them again. Thanks very much to all concerned.

Gary and his team cut corners from the beginning. A job that was quoted to take 4-6 weeks ended up taking around 14 weeks and even then was not completed by gary and his team due to him walking off the job. They used substandard materials which meant things needed replaced before the job had even finished. Overall the “finishing touches” for the job were absolutely horrendous. A child’s playhouse had nails sticking out of the wood. The nails in the fence had all rusted, the lawn wasn’t laid correct so couldn’t drain. The level on extension was completely wrong. Gary himself was quite rude and Him and his team were extremely unreliable. 100% would not recommend, save your time, money and sanity

Dave ws initially v courteous, answd texts/calls v quickly. When he wasn't available, sent his partner, Ron, both v friendly. Our job ws supposed 2b done Mon, Tue whilst we wr at work & finished Wed, my day off. Come 10am Wed, all tht hd been done was an hours work on the porch on Mon eve. I rang 2c where people wr at 10am Wed & ws told 'on th school run' & not 2 worry, it wd all get done tht day. 2b fair to lads that came, 2 of them worked hard. The other did 1hr of small jobs 4 me, & other than that, wasn't here at all (he had his own business & was away doing that), yet whn job ran over to Thur, Dave told my partner that it was due to "all the other jobs" we'd had done. The man who did r porch ,didn't know who was doing windows & gutters yet epnded up being th person that did them the next day! R decking cost £240 .Man did work hard for 5hrs (i watched everything), but the treatment, which i missed whilst talking to the porch man at the front, took 5-7 mins tops. Not a bad hourly rate! My partner paid Dave Thur eve, even tho i'd asked him 2 question decking price, & the job wasn't finished.Only a bit of filling & paint, & the finishing touch of r new iron house no's for porch which D took & said "someone will put up tomorrow" Tht ws 2 wks ago now & he hasn't answered a text/call from us since. Ron took 1 call from me, with some story about D off the radar,but nothing now from him either.I have rang/ text/ asking why? when? etc. No reply. AWFUL. AWFUL.FRUSTRATING.LIARS.

Michael and his team were professional courteous pleasant and helpful. They cut the grass dug over borders cut back plants corrected a neighbours fence on my side of the garden. Kept me up to date with what they were doing also suggested ways to make things easier for myself and suggested a built up border for the front. . Work they did was of a very high standard. I will definitely have them do work for me again and will tell friends and family about Michael
