Experience mixed with Britannia. Ultimately the job was finished & finished well but the process was not smooth and communication and follow through left a lot to be desired. I ended up having to get my roof entirely replaced. Initially it was conveyed that the gutters were clean but the leak was because of a shoddy flat roof placement which then turned into a half roof replacement because they found the leak was coming from further up. Ultimately the job was done quickly was but advice to the owners, I know you’re a small family run business but please work on your customer service. Also, there were a few times that you’d confirmed something had been done keen to get paid and it hadn’t, for instance the debris and trash being removed at the end of the work.

What started out as just a guttering job became so much more as I found them completely efficient and reliable to much more, such as: decking, cladding of my extension, drainage and getting all of my certificates in order.
