I hired SBS to build my utility room extension and new rear patio as they were local builders and their estimate was by far the most detailed that I received and very competitive. Before work began, construction and payment schedules were agreed with Lee and my designer so that the whole process began on time and was largely completed on time (8 weeks) and to estimate (other than extras I requested during construction). The finish is excellent, not surprising as all the subcontractors were established local tradesman. Lee and Aaron were great to work with, kept me informed on progress and importantly, I was able to leave them in charge when away. Can fully recommend SBS for other jobs.
