Rooftop Renewables is a company that I would strongly recommend for pigeon repellent on solar panels. They use the correct pigeon prevention mesh and not cheap chicken wire and he also replaced my guttering front and back. He cleared and disposed of the old guttering which I am so grateful. Kevin and his partner came to have a look. He was lovely to talk to. He wanted the job so he was nice and chatty. He recommended a new downflow pipe on front and a repair at the back. Before getting the items he needed i asked him if a repair would fix the downflow pipe at the back and he said yes, any issues i will come back. When the leak at the back started again i sent a message, i also asked for a permanent fix to the leak, so a new pipe. He said he would charge me another £300 bringing the total to £700 to change two downflow pipes and clean the guttering. I asked why did you recommended a repair then. He said a repair is not guaranteed and he doesn't guarantee a repair. My back downflow pipe is still leaking and after saying he would come twice, he hasn't turned up. I do feel he has cheated me. I thought being nice is enough to do a job properly, i have asked for a refund and he has refused. I would warn others to be careful.
