Robert & his team are highly professional and well organised. They know exactly what they are doing and work to an accurate schedule. They complete the work to an extremely high standard and are very conscientious about high quality and keeping clean & tidy in work areas. We had a major refurbishment, upgrade & modernisation including flat roof extension, drainage, plumbing, electrics. They are always reliable, on time to site, well organised & planned- often working through weekends to move works forward. I'm very impressed at the level of quality we received. I don't like to give bad reviews but Paul has pushed me to the edge. He came late, did not finish the jobs we agreed on, then demanded more money too On top of all that the work done was bad, I wish I had done it myself. In the end, he called me to demand immediate payment and threatened not to leave the property without full immediate payment When I went to inspect the work, he stood too close to intimidate me. I said to him can you sit in your car and I sit in mine while I pay you. He said no, not moving before payment. The job was to put up 5 blinds made to measure 4 TV mounts and a door with its archives, door stop and latch. this job was for £150-200 when quoted. He came late and did not measure the door size or blinds before starting, just looked at the jobs and said " That's easy! it took him around 45min-1hour for each blind and another 45 min for each TV mount. He did not hang the door because he did not have the right tools with him and demanded £250 immediate pad

The first job was to remove all of the ridge tiles from our house, clean off the old mortar, refit and recement them back into place. Second job was to rebuild the top section of our chimney. Both jobs were done with great care and professionalism. Mr Jefferies and his colleague were clean and tidy at all times, which was reflected in their work. They gave us a price before they started and were on time with their work. We would use them again.

All I can say is Matt and his colleague are not from this planet they are pure genius when it comes to contraction work the way they sorted my floorboards, gutters out and hopper which I sent out two other cow boy builders who ripped me off but Matt gave me an honest price and done the job properly all I can is I will be calling Matt again if I need any work done to my house.
