I recently hired Patrick from PBS to fix a leaking gutter, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Patrick quickly identified the issue, explaining that my neighbours had adjusted their guttering, causing water to back up and leak. He provided me with several solutions, clearly outlining the pros and cons of each. I opted to have my own downpipe installed, which Patrick carried out efficiently without disturbing the neighbours. He also resealed all the joints in the guttering. After the repairs, we had a heavy rainstorm, and I’m happy to report that there were no leaks! Patrick was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would recommend Shane, he came to fix some leaking guttering and found and issue with one of the roof gullies. He provided videos and photos of the issue and gave me a quote for the additional work. All work was completed on the day. After the work was completed some of the clips on the old gutters snapped off and Shane returned and replaced them.
