Completed Side extension and 6m rear extension last Oct. Overall happy with the work. Digging, foundation, Bricks, structure, insulation, Roofing, Tiles, plumbing, flooring, painting, etc were done to good standard. Some of the minor corrections, changes or fixes needed near completion were done accordingly. Quote was in midrange and reasonable compared to compared to some others I received. Raman is very easy to work with and clear in his communication. Never had any issues all through construction through to finalising stages. Would recommend Raman to others.

Marsel kindly agreed to do a very small job for me of installing two parking bollards. He came on a Sunday with a friend and worked quickly, checking with me that he was putting the bollards exactly where I needed them. He even brought his own power washer to clean up even though it was an outdoor job. Very pleasant, efficient workers.

Abraham was able to come for the job on the day which was brilliant. He listened to my concerns and took pictures of before and after cleaning the gutters. He phoned me while there and explained any issues very clearly so that I was fully informed of the situation. He noticed that my neighbours guttering was blocked which is why water was not running through to the downpipe which is located at the end of my neighbours house. He even knocked on the neighbours door and explained the issues I was having with the downpipe being on their side. Abraham took pictures of all 3 houses that were being affected by the downpipe at the back and front streets. The pictures he took highlighted the areas that were cleaned and where the downpipe was situated and how the back log was flowing. He also fixed a couple of gutters, that needed resealing and took pictures of what he took out of the gutters. I felt fully informed, happy and comfortable as he was very transparent and fair. Will hire again :)

I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I initially hired you to fix a leak, but the same issue reoccurred just a month later. When I contacted you, you said will go on a Monday and didnt turn up, when I sent you several messages after a week you said you were in the hospital, which I completely understood and respected. However, weeks later you promised to return on a Thursday to check the problem, and you never showed up or contacted me to explain. Since then, you’ve ignored my messages entirely. This lack of responsibility and communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with ongoing issues in someone’s home.
