We were quoted without VAT but not told it was without VAT which for domestic clients is bizarre 4. I had to text them to find out if they were actually coming on certain days It was a rainy summer which prolonged the process but four months later being told what we already knew i.e. the conservatory guttering needs replacing because the seals are shot and they don't make them anymore after being told they could be fixed, this doesn't feel great.
