We recently completed a complex single-storey extension, along with hard landscaping and a new garden workshop, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the work carried out by Steven Purvis Construction and his supporting sub-contractors. Steve was honest, approachable, and completely transparent about the process, timescales, and costs involved. We agreed a payment activity schedule to manage costs and payments throughout the project. Throughout the project, the team proved themselves to be incredibly trustworthy and dependable — they turned up when they said they would, kept us informed, and delivered exactly what they promised, with no hidden surprises. The quality of the build is outstanding, and every part of the project — from the extension itself to the landscaping and the garden workshop — has been finished to a very high standard.
