George Herkes visited us the day after contact and quoted a very reasonable price for our loft hatch & ladder replacement. We arranged a mutually suitable day for the work to be done and that was adhered to. He bought all the wood and ladders (included in the quote) and the job was completed in one day to our total satisfaction. All old wood was removed by him and he tided up when the job was done. We would highly recommend this firm and we will certainly use them again.

We opted to contract out the renovation of our bathroom and after meeting a few different builders went for Nick and his team. Despite being new to the site and having no feedback he had genuine reasons for this (operating on referrals and now looking to expand) and while not the cheapest, priced the job fairly with itemised details of the work to be carried out which we appreciated Due to a delay initially on our part and then his due to taking another bigger job in the interim which was delayed due to weather the work was fragmented over a few weeks rather than the initial quoted week and did exceed initial quoted working time although we were clear upfront there was no immediate time pressure and therefore need to rush so this didn't impact us greatly. Nick and his dad carried out all general building, tiling and basic electrical work while Plumbing/Electrics and Plastering were subcontracted. General standard of workmanship was high, we had a couple of snags as always with a bigger project which were complicated somewhat by us not being on site and having to communicate via phone although everything was resolved to our satisfaction and Nick was considerate of our lists of demands. Another point worth noting is Nick and his team were very tidy with rubbish either taken out immediately or stored in bags leaving minimal/no mess behind. Will be asking him to quote on future work and happy to have found and added him to our growing trade contact book.

Reece and his father did a great job in our bathroom and he was a real pleasure to deal with . He went above and beyond the role as he had to order and collect a bath end panel as he suggested it would be a better match from the one I had selected . He was correct in this. He is he first builder I have ever known to suggest an improvement, source it and collect it as part of the job !! I would thoroughly recommend him. :)

The whole of our rear garden was re landscaped, this work included New fencing all round with concrete posts and kick boards. A new paved area for our garden table and chairs together with a new area for our Barbecue. A new terraced area was created with decking, the garden was completed with the laying of a new lawn.They all worked very well as a team, the work was completed on time within budget and to our entire satisfaction.
