Superb work, no messing about, gets on with the job. Lovely manner with people. We couldn’t have been more pleased. After being messed about by a cowboy builder he came and saved the day and finished our building. I would recommend to anyone. Fantastic work and reasonable. You would have no worries hiring Martin. Hes reliable, hard working and punctual. I personally wouldn’t look anywhere else.

Dave is a very professional and pleasant to deal with. Came out and quoted for the job very quickly and was able to work around my timescales for the job. Totally transformed my grubby old downstairs WC/utility into a beautiful little space. Shame I can’t post before and after pictures as my words cannot give credit to its transformation. Great job done from Sean and his team. For the start they were interested in the job we wanted doing - talking to us about the uses for the garage conversion and making suggestions to the layout and additions to the room. While the job was underway we asked the team to do a few additional tasks for us - nothing was too much trouble. Great experience and would definitely go back to New Valley again in the future.

We hired Tony, TDA Builders, to remove a load bearing wall in our timber frame house. After being let down by other contractors we were relieved when Tony responded and came round to estimate the work on the day and time he promised. His quotation was very detailed and precise and within our budget so we asked him to do the work. What a very pleasant person to have working in your house, professional, respectful and very clean and tidy and very knowledgable. His work was to a very high standard and he started and finished on time. I would have no hesitation asking him to undertake further work or recommending him to anyone. What an excellent job.

We had the very intricate loft reconfiguration done with extra big size window installation and full refurb on our recently bought Victorian end of terrace. It was a great experience all along, starting from the quantity surveyor detail level quote provision to the sign off and snagging. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail with what Lux Construction delivered the works, and project manager Jonas professionalism was exceptionally high from my personal experience. Exceeded expectations with a stellar job! It was time for me to redo my cloakroom toilet. I had a clear idea in mind and already chose sanitary, tiles and most of the accessories; however I was unsure about few details such as lighting, external pipes, and how/where to add a small douche without taking away from the look I wanted. Derek quickly understood the brief, and instantly provided me with on the spot feedback and clever ideas and solutions, addressing all of my worries. After our chat, I knew he was the right person for the job. Derek was very communicative throughout the whole process and consistently went the extra mile to make sure every detail was spot-on! His craftsmanship is well above standards; he's meticulous and his problem solving skills are brilliant. Derek is also very personable, dedicated, and I was very impressed with his creativity and work ethic. I highly recommend his services, anyone needing some work done in their house would be lucky to have him.
