I'm leaving a neutral review to be fair to AP Construction as the job is satisfactory. Unfortunately, my new flat roof extension has developed a leak and try as I might, I can't get hold of Adam. His phone number always goes straight to voicemail and he isn't responding to email either. I've been in touch with Mybuilder customer services and they have had the same problem not being able to get through to him and have advised me to go through trading standards to try and resolve the issue. I hired Adam based on the reviews on the site, unfortunately, before the NEGATIVE review was posted. He is a very nice man, polite, friendly and helpful. If he had just contacted me and sorted the leaking roof out, then this review could have been a positive one. Now I have to go through trading standards to resolve an issue that could be dealt with quiet easily for a builder of good standards which, as it turns out, Adam Pemberton is not!

Replacement of a conservatory for a larger more eco friendly and useable space to comprise a kitchen, dining and family room. Shea and his excellent team completed the work to a very high standard and I am very happy with the result. Greg was brilliant! He phoned me up in the morning and came round to complete the job the same day. The cost was more than reasonable and he cleaned up what very little mess there was. This may only have been a small job but I was really pleased with the outcome. I would certainly look to hire him again the future should the need arise.

We are 3 weeks in to a 5-6 week build. I really cannot speak highly enough of Owen, Will and Tom. Within 3 days they had created footings, knocked down walls, dismantled our kitchen and had steels in ready for the extension. The speed of progress has continued, the project management has been outstanding, everything delivered on the right day, without lots of materials being stored on site. They have been incredibly polite to our neighbours, ensuring they are parking with consideration and not inconveniencing anyone. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found this team via this site. We look forward to working with Wright and Wrythe on future projects, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We had a one bedroom lower ground floor garden flat and did a side return and extension into the garden. The flat is in West Kensington area. We also did a full internal refurbishment and moved just about every wall, moved boiler, new Porcellanosa bathroom, new kitchen, new flooring throughout, a large bi-fold door in the living room to the garden. Chris and RAS Construction have been the best possible builders for this project. They were simply amazing. What we loved most about them: - speedy and no-nonsense communication (very important for us) - friendly and approachable - super professional and friendly team - very quick and helpful when a problem arose due to some architect's error - good aftercare - stayed in quoted budget - offered improvements and reasonable quotes - very easy to work with - only asked for partial payment every few weeks after job had moved along reflecting the amount charged This review was written about 8 months after the project was completed and we are still very happy with the quality. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his team at anytime. You hear so much about bad builders, we have been very lucky that we have found him. We are now house hunting for a bigger place and will re-engage with them for the next project.

Glad we chose Karl and his team for this project. They are diligent, hardworking and uncompromising on quality. Whilst our project isn't yet finished they have been doing a great job of it so far and have collaborated well with the unforeseeable challenges which have come up so far. We very much appreciate the fact that the tradesman they use are all good at their jobs and skilled workers. It's going really well so far and we're looking forward to it being complete soon in line with the original program.
