LV went above and beyond to work on my job. I didn't all the materials needed for the job. He went out of his way to get them and completed the job. Very friendly as well My floor looks immaculate. I would hire him again and recommend to family and friends.

What can I say about Tony? Appears lovely to your face but appear he tells porkies. I'll summarise quickly - he came round, quote sounded good but wasn't quite right (colour was wrong for example) - if you asked for a tweak it took a while to hear back. He also said he'd remove the lounge window for £0 cost for our sofa delivery. It all dragged on a while. I chased it up and our sofa was actuallty being delivered. His wife said it was c. £500 for the window removal. He then did visit again (we found out we could do the sofa without removing the window so thought we would give him a chance) - he said his wife is a bit angry, hence the high cost for temp. removal. I asked for one last quote and wanted to go ahead..... nothing... I chased... &chased... he then replied saying he's closing down the business. Well look, here we are, 6 months later & he appears to still be trading. I feel a mug. I wished him all the best, thinking his biz was going under. Whole weird process went on 8 months.

Found alex to be verry resonable in price verry polite said he would take 2 to 3 weeks to fix my roof but did take xtra week but this was due to wether all work he said needed doing was done to a really good stanted will be useing him again will strongle recomend him

Tony and his lads did a brilliant job of the front porch while we were away on holiday came back to the job completed, floooring down skirting on and all the additional jobs we asked for completed. Tony dealt with everything from design to sourcing the doors we just told him what we wanted and he got it done for a very reasonable price. Cant recommend enough and will definitely use these guys again for any future work 10/10

Pat was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end he had everything covered and made the whole project a seamless experience. He provided me with a professional quote and had the patience to deal with my questions. He started the project on time svd no thing was too much trouble, when I needed a roofer to fix some issues with a leak he had someone on the job within a day. He handled every aspect of my garage conversion effortlessly and had the job finished on time right before Xmas. Would 100% use Pat again. Great guy who also knows good trades people. Thanks Pat.

Positively, certain aspects of the finishing, particularly tiling, were carried out to a good standard. However, the overall experience was mixed due to significant issues. There were notable challenges during the project involving basic logistics and site management, leading to considerable inconvenience that seemed avoidable. Furthermore, the quality of workmanship was inconsistent; while some parts were good, other areas involving fittings and fixtures showed a lack of attention to detail in the finish, requiring later adjustments. Communication during the process could also be difficult, particularly regarding problem-solving and planning for materials. While we appreciated the parts done well, the project was let down by these inconsistencies and process issues, leading to some ongoing snagging and disappointment.

Happy overall. Definitely the main benefit was that they project manage for you and can undertake the entire project with their own team and subcontractors. Their quote was very competitive and was also great because it included all work to full completion including decoration so we weren't left with bare plaster and concrete floors. The job did take longer than quoted, however to be fair we did ask them to refit another bathroom for a decent price. On top of this, there were other things including an unforseen meter move, floor levelling and floor laying that wasn't originally anticipated. No additional money was charged for these things, just materials.

Paul came the day and time he said he would. Did cple odd jobs for me. Put a fence boarder up for me. Altered cctv for me put a ring doorbell on for me and a fence panel altering for me. Excellent job. Gave a bonus. Gonna fix my garden path next. Very pleased.

In 2015 I joined Anglian Home Improvements as a roofline installer, but continued my private paving & landscaping. In 2017 I left Anglian and have since concentrated entirely on my paving & landscaping. For the last 2 years I have maintained the grounds at our local AMF Bowling on a contract basis which is ongoing for 2018.

Disgusting behaviour by Rich. Confirmed the job for today 16/06/26. Saw his van loiter outside looking for parking. Then he left without even informing me. Messaged him a bit later and he said he couldn't find parking and went to another job (presumably more money). Had he asked me he could have parked in a driveway a few doors down. I'm self employed as well and have lost out on a days wage due to this. What a complete inconsiderate! Edit: in reply to Rich that I didn't provide adequate parking, the thing is he didn't even call to ask me he just left. Had he asked me I would have said to him to park in my brother's drive just a few houses across. Such a dishonest person I wonder how he would feel if someone booked him for the day then cancelled on the morning for no reason. I also accepted Rich's first quote of the job not like I even haggled or anything. Not a nice person!
