Rhys built our garden outhouse, laid new patio , rebuilt our edge wall and put new fence posts and panels in. His work ethic and workmanship was superb - he did everything we asked him to do - and more - within a pre agreed price which he completely adhered to. I cannot praise Rhys highly enough and would recommend him to anyone. He is highly professional in his approach and also very personable and friendly!

RMD Replaced three bathrooms, cloak, en-suite and family. The work was planned so that disruption was kept to a minimum and we were give practical advice throughout as we made the detailed decisions during fitting. The work, including cabinet making, was excellent and carried out with an eye for detail. Alex has a 'belt and braces' approach so everything was fitted to last even if it required additional work and preparation. It was all done to budget too and the pricing was fair, open and honest. RMD proved to be great quality, trustworthy, a pleasure to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

DBH Builders Ltd gave me a professional service from start to finish. The estimate was prompt, detailed and well presented. Work started as soon as it was agreed and proceeded through to completion with no delays. Everything was finished on time and to an excellent standard. It has been a pleasure to deal with such a competent and reliable team. Good communication, welcome help with the bureaucracy/ permissions and minimal disruption at the house. We found Lee to be enthusiastic, reliable and approachable during the execution of our project. He was keen to deliver a project that was an overall success for us. His attention to detail with selecting matching bricks meant the extension blended seamlessly into the original build. The invoicing of stage payments was easy to understand and in line with our agreed terms. Lee came forward with a number of suggestions which significantly improved the project. We would recommend Lee for similar projects and wish Durrant Construction every success in the future.

Hi there, I hope you're well. My name is John and I ve been in the building trade for 20 years. I'm a qualified master carpenter, and there isn't much left I haven't done. Im a bathroom fitter as well, so plumbing, tiling, plastering, is all second nature to me. I ve done jobs in every trade, when I was an apprentice all those years ago, that's how my boss at the time worked. Knowledge is power as they say. I based in Bracknell, and I can travel up to an hour from there. So as far as Dorking to the east, and the same distance in the other directions. As I said, in my 20 years of working in the trade, I ve done nearly everything there is, I'm a friendly guy and happy to answer any questions. I won't be the cheapest, but I LL be one of the best. We hired Nicholls construction for a large extension which was a 6 month project in total. We had an overall positive experience with them very friendly and helpful. Dan and his team were on hand to explain complicated issues that arose due to our structural issues and provide solutions. Whilst we stayed living on site they took care to not cause much disturbance by building temporary walls. In terms of budget we feel they were very fair with sticking to the agreed fixed quote and happy to sign a contract. We are satisfied with the outcome and would definitely recommend them.

This was work to a commercial unit. Jason and his team were absolutely excellent. Sensible pricing and started and completed the work as he'd promised. Removed all rubbish and left it clear and tidy. He organised an electrician and plumber and found a sensible solution for a damp problem that was uncovered during the works. Highly recommended...and nice people to deal with too.

Job not done properly , on asking to come and check informed me that i had to look for some one else. Please be cautious. --Edited after his comments-- I am disappointed by the contractor's claim that he wasn't welcomed. I personally met him at the gate and allowed him to work undisturbed while I attended to my own tasks. We even offered him tea, which he declined in favor of finishing quickly. Regarding the work: he performed only the bare minimum and did not complete the tasks as requested. Furthermore, I offered him additional payment specifically to fix an issue he caused, which makes his comments even more surprising. The defect didn't 'appear' weeks later; it was present from day one. He claimed it would resolve itself over time, but it never did. It is unprofessional to blame a lack of 'greetings' when the real issue is the poor quality of the work
