In one word "Amazing"!!!! I have been delaying leaving my review as i didn't want Andrew snapped up by anyone else. From the start of the project Andrew has been nothing but professional, with exceptional time keeping and the quality of his work is outstanding. He project managed a complete transformation of a kitchen knock through into the dining room and rebuild, he called in the plumber, builder, tiler and electrician all at the right times in the project and his team are also brilliant. Andrew is currently working upstairs preparing an ensuite now and i have absolutely no complaints at all, in fact my wife wants to adopt him!!! He is great for expectation management and offers his sound advice on the hundreds of stupid questions and ideas we had. This was my first project and really didn't know what to expect as i had seen all the horror stories on tv, but nothing but gratitude for this superb carpenter/project manager/painter/basically every thing. I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew and his team for any project, no matter how big or small!!! Thank you very much.

We undertake all aspects of carpentry and joinery. No job too big or small. We are good with wood. If its made of wood we can deal with it, from hanging doors, fitting kitchens, cutting roofs to building bespoke homes. Our work has been featured on channel 4's Grand designs.

Andy and his team have been faultless on our project. Communication has been exceptional, keeping us updated throughout. As with any project, timelines can move around, but Andy ensured we were always fully up to speed of what was coming next, with a a view of what would be coming down the line. We have had an extension and complete reconfiguration of our ground floor space to include a completely new utility, shower room and large kitchen/dining/living area with newly fitted kitchen. Brickwood have done a brilliant job for us. They did exactly what they said they would to a very high standard of workmanship. They kept us in the loop at all times. Their workforce are very personable, always respectful that they were working in our home. The directors - Ben, Chas and Fabian - are extremely approachable, solution-focused and hard-working. They weren’t phased by any of the unforeseen issues or COVID related supply difficulties. They always found a way forward. They made sure that all the relevant structural engineering and building regulations certificates were obtained. I cannot recommend Brickwood highly enough. It feels as though we have a ‘new house’.

I usually get quite anxious when having to deal with work done on/in my house. I felt very comfortable with Chris. He replaced a difficult lintel for me, was very pleased with his work. I definitely recommend him and if I need any other work done, I will know who to call. He and Jake, who helped him, left the area clean and tidy.
