Luke and his profession and friendly team were great. He is a very decent guy. Reasonable, honest, hard working and with a perfect finish. The job we hired him and his team was high end and to a very demanding spec and timeframe. Yes he met our budget, shedule and we are delighted with the quality of his work. Absolutely no hestitstion at all in recommending Luke to others. Nice work.

my experience of working with these guys was very positive. i eventually got a new kitchen fitted by them rather than an extension as the extension was above my budget. Their pricing was competitive, although not the cheapest. i made a conscious decision to offer the project to sall construction because they were experienced, and they were detail orientated with my plan as well as the fact that their timeline matched my project timing. the kitchen fitting was done, in fact, slightly ahead of the two weeks that sunny had said it would take-which was very useful. we also went on a holiday and left the whole place to them, and everything worked out for us, so clearly very trustworthy. sunny and his brother were excellent tradesmen and came back twice later on once we notified them of some small issues. its now been 1 year since the installation of the kitchen, and fingers crossed, everything looks and works great. everyone is impressed with our kitchen which is also indicative of their very good work. I will happily hire them again if i have to do some work on extension or refurbishing.

Honest, knowledgeable, careful and conscientious with his work, flexible, hard-working, on-time, good communication (in-person and via txt) and v friendly. My project involved multi-finish/skim-plastering 3 rooms in a loft extension, including various fiddly/tricky bits. I’m literally blown away by this team of guys. Professional from start to finish. Danny quoted promptly in the timeframe he promised after he viewed the project. He was clear about what he could deliver with the budget that I had and made suggestions using his knowledge that helped me achieve the dream garden room that I have always wanted. His team turned up at 8am sharp and work started at 8.01 every morning. It’s clear that Danny surrounds himself with professionals that he can trust to execute his promise and deliver the quality he expects, and that his clients pay for. Another plus is that he was extremely accommodating to some changes that I asked of him during the build which he also didn’t charge for. Nothing was an issue to this man and he clearly operates a “client first” attitude which was apparent also when he visited every second day to check progress and quality. Lastly which is also something that I didn’t expect is that he had the extra materials that were not used collected and credited to the final bill. If I had more time I could go on all evening but my final words are. Look no further. With Danny you have found an honest professional business man that takes pride in his work and I am happy that I found him and his team. Good luck with your project.

Zilvinas produced drawings promptly and at a very competitive rate. He attended several site visits and ensured to incorporate all of our ideas. We have received fantastic after sales service from GoldBerg Engineering throughout the project and would not have had the results we have, without Zilvinas. Goldberg Engineering has provided brilliant guidance throughout, through rapid response emailing, regular Skype and several site visits.
