Tony and his team were phenomenal! Professional, courteous, reliable, tidy and quick. Tony's communication throughout the build was consistent, clear and precise. Tony really listened to me throughout the process; provided advice and options but most of all completed the project the way I needed it. The whole build went exceptionally smoothly, was finished ahead of schedule and on budget. Tony's workmanship is excellent and the final finish spot on. I was really worried about finding the right builder for my project... I simply could not have found better. I got several quotes from different providers and Tony's represented the best value for money. I highly recommend Lto builders, you will not be disappointed.

Michael was responsible for organising and overseeing my self build project, including the demolition of the old house and site preparation. The new detached house is approximately 5000 square ft over four floors including a basement. Michael's diligence, professionalism and reliability were exceptional. I have also used Michael on other small projects and have been equally impressed. Above all, i have found him very trustworthy. Alex provided a great service. He came round on time to view the job, gave a detailed and competitive quote and built the bathroom exactly to spec. He was keen to ensure I was happy with all aspects of the installation with regard to both materials and workmanship and even carried out some small additional activities not included in the original quote. He was polite, hard working and very experienced. He also cleaned up the house at the end of each day. I am really pleased with my bathroom and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic service, Lucas and Darota are an amazing professional team always reliable and our kitchen extension is to an exceptional standard. Darota offers an amazing interior design service. The builders have been punctual, worked really hard and when we have come home from work the house is always tidy so we don't even feel the house is being renovated. We offered LD Property services more work after our kitchen extension/complete refurbishment to include a complete renovation of all our home including garden and driveway. The project has been managed brilliantly as we work full time this has been really helpful.

Leslie carried out the following works: chemical damp injection to walls on rear extension, reroute down-pipe, repair fracture on rear wall, install gutter hedgehog. Hopefully, this will resolve some of the issues we had with damp, a blocked down-pipe and an overflowing gutter. Leslie arrived on time on the first day but was delayed a few hours the next day. However, the work still was done within two days as expected. Thank you!

Alban completed a lateral kitchen extension for me in west London. Very happy with the results and to add my name to others that have given 100% positive feedback. What I particularly liked - (1) Alban took great care to protect the rest of my house while working (protection, covers etc), (2) his team were friendly and polite to neighbours. Building works are always noisy and disruptive, they kept others 'on side' and (3) they worked to the timing and schedule agreed (4) they cleaned up, every single day (5) they worked to a high standard and corrected for any issues, despite my inevitable last minute changes. I engaged Edi to work on a full renovation and refurbishment of a 4 bedroom detached house with front and back gardens on Blackheath’s Cator Estate. Edi did an extensive amount of work, including stripping out; plumbing; plastering; windows installation; carpentry; and decoration. In addition, after commencing the property work, once the scaffold had been erected, following sensible advice, Edi and his team replaced the roof and fully insulated the attic; fitted additional electric points; rebuilt the garden patio; and replaced the flooring throughout, in addition to other important jobs including re rendering and pointing of chimneys, building new wardrobes in the main bedrooms; and upgrading the radiators. A new kitchen, and two new bathrooms have been fitted. The kitchen redesign meant knocking through a wall with the lounge to create a larger space. Edi is a highly skilled craftsman, who thinks creatively as he works to make best use of the space, including shelf fittings, and additional lighting for example. He has built some beautiful wardrobes, and the internal decorations have brightened up what was previously a rather shabby looking house. In addition to the above, I wish to commend Edi for his professionalism, courtesy, and passion for doing the best work possible. On all the site visits I attended, and every time I spoke with him on the phone, it was striking how much he cared about the work that he was doing, his desire to ensure that the house would look the best. I always left site visits with the feeling that he cared so much about the house that he could be safely relied on to give the best advice to enable us to make the right decisions. I also noticed that Edi and his team would take the upmost care to keep the property safe, tidy and in good shape throughout the project. He can be fully trusted to look after any site he works on. He is intelligent and careful when it comes to safety and security. It has been a pleasure for Edi and his team to work with us over a period of around 6 months, and he did so much to reduce the stress of a significant project so that we could always rely on him to work methodically, patiently and sensibly, and to make best use of the resources available. His pleasantness shines through, and everyone I know who has spoken to him has always provided me with the most positive feedback I have no hesitation in recommending Edi to anyone who wishes to engage him for future projects, and is most deserving of the good words that I and others that work with him have to say about him.
