Had three quotes for a base for a garden shed, Toma was the cheapest by far. We arranged a day for the work to be done, bit apprehensive because I never knew anything about the company. Mr Toma and two others turned up, what lovely people they were, especially Mr Toma, the job was highly professional, everything was tidied up. Would I use them again.........100%. I would highly recommend them.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the work Marin has carried out for us and I’m currently in the process of instructing him to do more work. Marin built a high spec cedar shed for us with electrics and plumbing, some brickwork and laid composite decking. Marin came across, honest and reliable, which in itself is rare. He was on site most mornings to make sure his tradesmen were on the right tracks. Like with a lot of these things there were some issues along the way and I was highly impressed by Marin’s ‘no quibble’ approach to rectify any problems. I myself have a high attention to detail and am quite indecisive (nightmare client) and Marin was happy to work with me with changes to the project without incurring extra costs.

We chose SWLBC to refurbish a two-bedroom flat. This entailed complete redecoration, replacement of the flooring with a new engineered wood floor, moving old and installing new electrical sockets and light switches, running some new piping and replacing the heating system with a more modern and efficient one. The quote from SWLBC was very competitive and we are really happy with the quality of the work. The flat is transformed and it looks terrific. Ben Toone who is the proprietor of the company is very professional and helpful. He was easy to contact and responded to our questions quickly and thoroughly. We met some members of his team during the works and they are hard working and competent. They also cleaned up the site beautifully after they had finished. Thank you Ben and your team. Sue was clear in her communication on costs, and then execution of the works by Taras and his team was superb. The extension was built in fantastic time-frame, and the end result is great.
