SSS BROTHER, They worked incredibly hard to transform our house in a timely and efficient manner, all whilst being responsive to our concerns and preferences. The SSS BROTHER did a great job extending our kitchen and backroom to create a beautiful space that we love hosting family and friends in. The job was completed to a high standard and with good communication. Throughout the work, the workers were calm and knowledgeable and - importantly for us - helpful and offered their opinion of how the extension should be built.

On a cold November evening, Tony and his team turned up to provide a quote and within a week this was received. The quoted price came in the middle of the pile, which was a good start and aligned closely to the ballpark figure I'd received from a friend who was also in the trade. We then visited a site they were finishing off, and Tony had the confidence to ask us to speak to the client without him there and they gave us the confidence to proceed. They started in January 2020 and rapidly moved through the works and engaged closely with my architect, Structural engineer and building control and proceeded based on their recommendations strictly. We lived in the property as build progressed and the team ensured that the site was secure every evening and we were safe. As COVID-19 hit and we went into Lockdown, the team continued to come and work (we were separated from them as the house was boarded up) and the only challenge was getting supplies. Tony scoured all over London, picking up items as best as he could and work continued. Once they'd broken through into the old part of the house they continued to progress rapidly and showed utter professionalism. The team lead's attention to detail is impressive, and he gave great recommendations on what would be the right approach when we were laying out features such as window sizing and lighting. The standard of work is excellent and I would highly recommend them.

We couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and quality of workmanship from REA Construction. The project was delivered within budget and on time. We lived in the property during the work and we, our neighbours and the site were always treated with the utmost consideration. There were almost no hitches and, when they did occur, they were dealt with immediately and thoroughly. Our project team, led by Kristjan and Besi, were universally hardworking, organised and produced work to an excellent standard. Communication is great, the people are wonderful. Renato was someone I felt I could trust from the moment I met him and he never let us down. He and everyone at REA genuinely care about what they do and that their customers have a happy experience. After a cowboy builder failed to install our kitchen Tomaz came to the rescue. He gave us a very fair price as he knew we had lost out money already having to replace broken or damaged parts of the kitchen. He communicates very well through the build and always called me on FaceTime to show me things he was doing in the kitchen and to ask for my preferences. If anyone needs a kitchen fitter with minimal hassle use Tomaz. The job was completed in a week, which included tiling . He fitted a howdens kitchen from scratch And it looks very tidy. Thanks Tomaz, next job loft extension !

Malcolm and his team did great work on my house. The job consisted of full house redecoration, building bespoke shelving and built in wardrobes, loft boarding and installing ladder, replacing fencing and general pruning in the garden. They were able to turn their hands to all manner of jobs. Malcolm had a full team onsite every day and they finished the work ahead of schedule. At all times Malcolm was very responsive and worked hard to ensure that any changes along the way were accommodated. I would happily recommend Spring Construction and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Conversions - General- 3 Sep 2025
Big refurb of 1650 sq ft flat, plus building 2 additional ensuites. Initial quote seemed reasonable but then once in, costs started to rise exponentially. Some work was done well, like the building component and flooring, but finishing was poor. Painting, particularly of internal doors, was done poorly, without removal of fittings first, so lots of overpainting and insufficient prep and coats. Regrouting and redecoration of front and rear patios was done poorly, with weeds already poking through. There was damage to existing bathtubs and WCs by not protecting surfaces and pouring waste materials down the pan. Everything was an argument with constant demands for more money e.g. front door only painted one side as the other side not included under "paint door". Lots of "snagging" - I only have manual on/off control of heating and hot water as "smart" thermostat won't connect, there are odd water pressures through some fixings...and now there's a leak under one of the WCs...

We hired Inside/Outside to re-do our bathroom. New sink, bath, toilet, tiles, lower ceiling, re-hang the door and move the radiator. They were polite, honest, professional and very hard working. When they came round to quote they were noticeably more thorough and showed more attention to detail than others. Their quotes were very competitive, their work was good and they removed all the rubbish as well. They also came back afterwards to check everything was working and to deal with a couple of 'snags'. We will be using them again.
