Very professional quotation, I chose over two others because he was very clear on where extra costs may arise and was very straightforward. He advised a different finish than I originally thought I wanted with cut stone edges and it looks even better with his suggestions. His crew were very friendly and professional. Would definitely work with him again in the future.

We highly recommend Mario & his team. They fitted a new kitchen & bathroom to a really high standard within a short, timeframe. They work hard, are friendly, professional & honest, my neighbour even commented on how considerate they were! Upon first meeting Mario we were impressed by how organised he was. He arrived on time with the description we’d posted on my builder & went through it methodically. We had A LOT of questions! He answered all of them & didn’t rush us. We received a competitive quote within a day as promised. It included everything we discussed & he quickly answered our follow up questions. We wanted an accurate idea of the cost of electrical work & Mario arranged for his electrician to come & inspect/quote before we’d appointed Mario the job. Our kitchen & bathroom is complicated, with lots of difficult angles. Damp, unlevel floor, unlevel windows, a low ceiling were uncovered in the bathroom. Mario did well to identify solutions, giving us expert advice. Pipes were neatly chased into the wall. Underfloor heating & LVT, tiling, grouting & painting all done to a very professional finish. He kept us informed of progress, checked our preferences & was patient when we had supply delays, finding ways to ensure the job finished on time enabling us to move from our temporary accommodation back home in time for Christmas. He promptly fixed some minor issues after the job finished. We highly recommend Mario & would use him again.

Hard Flooring- 8 May 2019
I was very pleased with Igor’s work on the flooring and under floor heating, so decided to ask Raimundas to quote for a large bathroom, hallway, fitted kitchen, rewiring of all electrics and flooring throughout the rest of the flat. Due to work and my partner living overseas, I needed to trust somebody for a long length of time with my keys and my property. I was able to have a lot of the work done while not in the country, communicating with pictures, videos etc. Obviously this was important for me and made having the work done easier. There were also many problems with the kitchen delivery and other things that didn’t go according to plan. Raimundas was patient and polite at all times, even though it was sometimes rather frustrating. I highly recommend his services, and would definitely consider RR Construction for the next job

We did a lot of research ahead of our loft build, and spoke to customers of the companies we looked at. We were impressed with Toma and her team from the outset, especially in terms of clarity and communication. We sat down with the project team at the start and walked through the week-by-week plan for our build, then a whatsapp group and weekly meets meant we knew exactly what was happening throughout. Our endless questions were responded to swiftly. Additional optional trade-ups (eg top-hung windows, larger bathroom window etc) were discussed and explained with context, sound advice (and clear pricing where nec) but always still optional. Toma's communication with the teams also seemed strong and continuous, with materials always arriving in time and ahead of when needed, no down-days etc - and importantly, the teams all seemed happy and were just lovely people to have around. I realise with hindsight too that the team's care and workmanship really put them a cut above many others in my area and the project remained on schedule. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ICS for the whole package and in fact we've also chosen to use them again for a kitchen extension.

As per the previous reviewer I don't usually hire tradesmen when there is only limited feedback, but given the glowing report I took the risk. And it proved to be a great decision. Astrit was great - clear communication, arrived when he said he would, sought our opinions on the key decisions and gave some great advice, before ultimately doing a great job for a reasonable price. Saba and Zura were outstanding and an absolute joy to work with on this project. I initially hired them to fit my new bathroom, and I was so impressed with the quality of their work, that I asked them to complete the rest of my renovations, which included new flooring, decorating, installing wall panels and fitting a new kitchen. All of it were completed to the highest standards and ahead of schedule.They are very professional, friendly, hard working and communicates so well. This is my third project, and by far the most stress free one, I couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you guys

Luke and Diti are both amazing guys for this project. Honestly speaking they aren't the cheapest quote, but they are definitely beyond expectations. Luke was the only builder who gave a full transparent quote on each item and what was needed for the conversion. Really quick work and good planning because I have 2 cats and they did everything with enough people onsite to minimise the time. Speaking of work, it is good, we kept in communication and they were always happy to explain and adjust slightly according to my concern/question. Leave this comment after the work has been done for few months and everything is solid.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Teimo and his team on a full renovation of a probate house, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The entire house needed a complete overhaul, including two new bathrooms, a kitchen extension, new doors, skirting, walls, plumbing, electrics, as well as front garden paving, a brick wall, and back garden fencing. The quality of the work is outstanding. Teimo and his team take immense pride in everything they do, and it really shows in the final product. They are not only highly skilled but also incredibly polite and tidy, ensuring the worksite remained clean throughout. They worked hard, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM every day, and completed the project on time without any issues. What truly stands out about Teimo is his honesty and clear communication. Victor (Vica) laid some engineered oak wood flooring for us in a house that we bought at the end of 2013. The house needed lots of work doing and the new flooring was just one of the many jobs undertaken by Victor and carried out to a very high standard for us. He always paid attention to detail, ensured that the flooring was level and that the new skirting board fitted flush to the floorboards. He was also always able to provide a solution to any problems encountered during the renovation works. I would have no hesitation in recommending Victor as he takes the same pride in his work for others as if he was carrying out work in his own home.

One word to define this 'company' COWBOY builders. Numerous issues one after another. Had to get 2nd/3rd opinion on their work to make sure I wasn't being fobbed off. Conducted loads of research which meant left being uneasy especially as a large chunk of payment was made after only 1 day of work when in fact payment was due end of completion. 1- Underestimating material costs 2- Slabs off the walkway coming loose within 2 months of being put down 3- Ignoring attempts of rectifying the flawed job 4- walkway was meant to be clear of grass and strictly shingles but grass/weed still appearing. 5- Forgot to state ground levels would be raised then creating a lie saying I had been told 6- denying and ignoring the obvious Wouldn't trust the reviews being left here and definitely wouldn't use or recommend them to anyone. Have decided to give up on trying to get them to fix their shoddy job and find someone else to fix their mess Correction - you was aware & agreed with mat delivery

Job done promptly and within the budget required. The window was put in place so quickly I didn’t have a chance to wipe the dust of it before it went in! Would suggest the fitter carries a cloth with him to wipe fingerprints and bits off the window before installation but really a small thing considering. Overall very happy with the job done. Thanks.

They were professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled—nothing was too much trouble, and their attention to detail was second to none.
