Although I posted for a kitchen extension quote I decided that I would proceed with this at a later date. I did have a lot of other building work such as chimney removal that was undertaken by A2Z Property Improvement Limited. I am happy with the the work that was carried out. I'll certainly be reaching out to A2Z again for the extension once I'm ready to proceed. I would definitely recommend this company.

We recently had an extension done on our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the builders were incredibly professional, attentive, and easy to work with. They truly listened to our ideas and brought our vision to life exactly as we had hoped. One of the most impressive things was the pace at which they worked—everything progressed much quicker than we anticipated, without ever compromising on quality. They were extremely efficient and well-organized throughout the entire project. What really stood out to us was how considerate they were during the build. They made a genuine effort to ensure we were not disturbed or inconvenienced by the work going on. It made a potentially stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Conversions - General- 4 May 2025
I Hired Em to do my ground floor reno, which included a garage conversion and remodel of my kitchen where 2 internal walls were removed. Very glad I found Em to do the job. Him and his team was efficient, friendly, tidy and hard working. We encountered obstacles along the process (which is normal for any renovation) but Em gave his opinion, listened and we came to the best solutions. Very happy with the result. Em is a reliable, punctual, knowledgeable, fair, down to earth guy and one of the best if not the best contractor I have hired. Highly recommend. Some before and after pictures.

My previous builder abandoned the project midway leaving me with trust issues . I was looking for someone who was reliable and experienced and had work ethics as well to complete my side extension at my property and driveway. I also had side storey done as well. My colleague recommended him and I cannot thank him enough . From start to finish his approach towards my project was so professional. He is so passionate and dedicated and that certainly reflected in the project both during and after it was all completed. We have changed our mind about design and finishes a few times during the project, and LIO were there to listen, advise and deliver. Hammer de silva provided a garage conversion quote and literally contacted every day saying he needed the job. After getting the job , I told him we need to go through building control to make sure everything is done in properly. There was about 2- 3 week delay because of building control . This guy keep taking multiple jobs and it’s more than one year and he’s still not finished with the job. He’s only done half of the job and keep coming up with excuses, he told us his wife being severely ill, his daughter being pregnant and needed help with delivery, other financial problems and endless excuses. In between he increased the price of job and took more money from us. He takes money spends it and doesn’t come back to work saying he doesn’t have money and need to find another job as well. Because of his careless work, I couldn’t use my utility room, decking area properly for over a year now costing so much stress and grief, might have to seek legal action if not finished in 2,3 weeks

Very Professional and diligent service, even though was hard to get materials because the job was done at the peak of the pandemic, still they managed to sort things out. The job was so nicely done that all the tenant who viewed the house wanted to rent it. I have even given them another job would certainly recommend.

Had work carried out by RS construction recently, was an overall pleasant and stress-free experience, had a dormant chimney breast removed all the way through my property. Which had to be removed due to constant leaks and repairs by previous roofers. Ross was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the project and his team kept my house and garden very clean considering the work that was undertaken, it has not only freed space within my property but given me peace of mind concerning continuous leaks, which have caused numerous issues over the years. Can't recommend this company anymore , from sale to completion a very professional and helpful service

He truly showed professionalism that I had struggled as a guest house operator to get from handy people. He would go out of his way to satisfy. The finished redecorated room project was a masterpiece and took a little longer than planned because of the weather but he gave it his all! I am pleased I took a chance on him as there was no review on his profile when I hired him. I would however, pay attention to work and point out issues as they come up otherwise, you will have dirt and rubbish to content with as the workers leave all the mess after work.

I recently had extensive work completed in my flat by Vas, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The service was excellent from start to finish. Not only was the quality of the work consistently high, but the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was Vas’s level of skill and versatility. Every aspect of the project was handled with care and professionalism — from plumbing and new water heating pipes, to new electrics, installing a new kitchen, laying a beautiful wooden floor, renovating the bathroom, and even replacing doors with a sliding door system. Each element was completed to a very high standard. On top of that, Vas was friendly, proactive, and easy to communicate with throughout.
