Haxhi and his team exceed my expectations. We did agree on a bathroom renovation which basically everything was done from scratch. He was always on time and he met the deadline of the project. I had an issue with my water pump but he managed to fix it for little cost. Also he did the tiles for me on the wall and floor with very minimum waste and he did a brilliant job. We changed the position of the basin in order to save space and we did replace it the washing machine(hidden). We are now working on my other property to renovate the bathroom. Hahxi is very professional, knows the job very well, he did coordinate with me on every step to make sure we are on the same page . I strongly recommend him for any renovation project you may have.

After a rogue builder left me with 18 (eighteen) structural issues. Lez and his crew came in transformed my failed extension into a masterpiece. All aspects of the job was done to the highest quality and utmost care and attention to detail was shown to building control needs. They cleaned up after every day and made sure the house was habitable, as I had to live there. Every aspect of the build, from the carpentry, plastering and tiling was first class and their recommend electrician and plumbers were from the same stock. Total professionals. My only regret is that I did not use this builder the first time. The prices were reasonable and even building control had good word to say about their work. Thanks Lez

Cannot fault the work Tony undertook. Completed on time, finished to a very high standard, kept informed (we were away on holiday whilst work was being done). So pleased with the result, my daughter's room is what was the kitchen and looks beautiful. New kitchen fitted with new floor tiles and looks fantastic, boiler was moved etc. Can't recommend Tony enough and I will definitely use Marsdens again.

Greg recently completed a full bathroom renovation for us including replacement of all fixtures, new tiling, painting and finishing. We're very happy with the final result - Greg was punctual, diligent and had great communication throughout the project. On top of this, he's a lovely, pleasant guy. Orgert Myrta and his highly skilled team did an exceptional job renovating our Victorian terrace house in under 8 weeks. On meeting Orgert, his warm, friendly and professional manner was reassuring. I immediately thought he was someone I could work with. His initial assessment of our house, he advised on best possible solutions to achieve our aims within budget. He invited me to visit the homes of his recent previous clients & obtain their feedback, which I did. Visiting two clients, they both spoke highly of Orgert & his team, sharing their positive experience and how Orgert has since completed work on their neighbours homes & family members homes too. Judging by the quality of work completed in both client's properties, I knew Orgert was the right builder for me. Responsive & prompt throughout, good communication, providing weekly status updates, even advising on where to source great deals on second fitting items saving us money. To say we are pleased with how well the project has gone & level of workmanship is an understatement! Without hesitation we highly recommend Orgert & his team, who since finishing our house are now doing work on my relatives house. Orgert & his team completed in our home: - Rewiring & new plumbing - Plastering walls & ceiling - Replace old ceilings - Painting & Decorating - Painted exterior front & back - Replaced & repointed brickwork - Installed new kitchen & bathroom - New flooring throughout

I WANTED TO LEAVE A MINUS REVIEW BUT THERE IS NONE, THAT IS WHY I HAVE LEFT THE LEAST POSSIBLE SCORE. I PERSONALLY DO NOT THINK THIS GUY CALLED MARCO KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT BUILDING AT ALL. HE IS A ROGUE BUILDER. HE SAID HE HAS 25 YEARS BUILDING EXPERIENCE, WHICH IS A LIE. I CALLED HIM TO DO MY FLOORING, KITCHEN CABINET, TOILET. PAINTING, FIXING LEAKS. HE RUINED THE WHOLE HOUSE. 8 MONTHS ON, WE ARE STILL REDOING ALL THE WORKS HE DID, HE JUST SPLASHED SILICONE ON THE UPVC TO FIX A LEAK. THE LEAK CAME THROUGH THE CEILING UNTO THE FLOOR CAUSING A BIG FLOOD IN THE HOUSE. HE IS THE MOST UNTIDY BUILDER. HE SAID HE WAS PAINTING, HE SPLASHED PAINT ALL OVER THE HOUSE, HE KEPT SAYING HE WILL TIDY IT UP AT THE END. UP TILL NOW, 8 MONTHS AFTER, I AM CLEARING THE MESS. ALL THE GROUT HE PUT ON THE TILES CAME OFF THE FIRST TIME I MOPPED THE KITCHEN FLOOR. ALL THE TILES HAVE MARKED PAIINT ON THEM AND IT IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO REMOVE THEM BECAUSE THERE IS A LOT OF THEM.
