  Personally i always look at reviews and think long and hard if am going to hire the tradesperson.With shaun you can rest assured that your getting a tradesperson who is 110% honest,hardworking and completes his job/work to a perfert finish.Also nothing was a problem and answered any question via email,texts etc with Politeness and manners would HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!   I got KDM in to install a 75sqm concrete base and was very impressed with them for a number of reasons. - Firstly, their work was excellent. The finish of the base was excellent and they put a lot of effort in to get things perfect. - They were reliable. They showed up when they said they would both for estimates and to actually do the work. Sadly I cannot understate how rare this is today when working with contractors. Communication was excellent. - They're very honest. They gave me a quote based on my requirements which was a little high but manageable. At the end they came in under budget and gave me back the difference. All in all I would be very happy to both have KDM back for more work or to recommend them to anyone else.

  Paul and George have just completed our single storey, timber frame family room. We are delighted with the level of finish and with the construction progress throughout. Paul and George kept us up to speed with progress, costs, as well as when the various trades would be attending site to carry out works. The site was kept safe, clean and tidy and all tradesmen used we courteous and cared about their job. Paul and George were both great at communicating, which in my view is key to a good job so that both parties are aware at all times where they stand. They completed the project on budget and although they did run over the agreed timescales it wasn`t by much and the weather conditions didn’t aid progress. All in all we would recommend using Paul and George and would have no hesitation in using them again for any further works.
