We have instructed Assured Builders to carry out out our renovation work. Work has just started and the foundations have just been laid down. I am so please to have found Assured Builders. Nikki and Lee are a pleasure to work with. Any questions or concerns are quickly addressed and any suggestions are quickly looked into. Both Nikki and Lee are very friendly and easy to talk to which was very important to us. I cannot wait for the work to be completed. I will update my review once the job is done and post photos. We have been communicating/working with Assured Builders for a few months now and I can only say I have nothing but good things to say. I can highly recommend Assured Builders.

Restoration & Refurbishment- 18 Feb 2021
Ray was an absolute professional. He fitted a new downstairs toilet which required a new soil pipe and associated groundwork as well as new stud walling to partition the space. He did most of the work himself, but brought in others for the pieces where he wanted an expert. He was flexible to small changes and was happy to take on additional work when unforeseen issues were discovered. The areas he had worked in were quickly cleaned before he left each day. Overall the work was completed to a good quality and at a reasonable price.

Hi, Dan recently completed a loft conversion and ground floor extension for our house in Ealing. It is the second time I've used him for a loft conversion. We are delighted with the work, team, price and timing and I highly recommend him. Dan is entirely trustworthy, and the team are a mixture of his family, friends and choir group. Like all projects there were a few snags and without fail Dan was pragmatic, helpful and keen to make sure we were happy with the quality at the end. I've recommended him to neighbours on both sides who are both pleased and happy to recommend him.

Conversions - General- 3 Sep 2025
Big refurb of 1650 sq ft flat, plus building 2 additional ensuites. Initial quote seemed reasonable but then once in, costs started to rise exponentially. Some work was done well, like the building component and flooring, but finishing was poor. Painting, particularly of internal doors, was done poorly, without removal of fittings first, so lots of overpainting and insufficient prep and coats. Regrouting and redecoration of front and rear patios was done poorly, with weeds already poking through. There was damage to existing bathtubs and WCs by not protecting surfaces and pouring waste materials down the pan. Everything was an argument with constant demands for more money e.g. front door only painted one side as the other side not included under "paint door". Lots of "snagging" - I only have manual on/off control of heating and hot water as "smart" thermostat won't connect, there are odd water pressures through some fixings...and now there's a leak under one of the WCs...

Excellent work with the garden office/gym. Finished really nicely and exactly what we were looking for. Took quite a while but well worth the wait. We requested a labour quote and worked with Alf on a receipts basis for material and other costs. This worked out perfectly for us both. Alf's initial estimate of the materials cost was virtually spot on, which is very impressive given the inflation rate for building materials. Thanks again for all your hard work!

Jerzy carried out several jobs for us. He has completely refitted our bathroom, he's rebuild a wall, laid front of house path, restored old front door, installed solid wall internal insulation, rebuild window frames, plastered a room and few other bits and pieces. He is extremely reliable and trustworthy. He's always been on time, works really hard and has always been honest about things and up front with any issues. Always consulted us for possible solutions. His work is to the highest standard and if I want a job done well, I always go to Jerzy.

Plastering- 5 Aug 2019
The job was more than a standard plaster job it was a complete refurbishment of the dining room with the new flooring extending into the hallway. Ionut did an amazing job his attention to detail is first rate I have used quite a few builders over the years and I can honestly say Ionut impressed me the most. He is hardworking, meticulous to detail, tidy and goes above and beyond the job that has been agreed. An example of this was him deciding to hide all loose wiring while he was doing the skirting which has made things much more tidy and also doing new flooring and skirting under the stairs without me asking. He wrapped everything in plastic during the job (radiators, doors, light sockets etc) no plasterer I have used before took that much care in protecting things during plastering which as we know is a very messy job. We will be recommending to all our friends and in the future he will be the first contact if we need any more building work. 100 percent recommend his services and thank you Ionut for the job you have done for us

A pleasure to deal with . Agim and his team worked hard to a very good standard.They often worked later than i would expect so that they were ready to move onto the next stage of the job the following day. Agim was very knowledgeable of all building regulations and was ready to offer me solutions when they were needed. All his team were courteous , polite and also knowledgeable. This was the first time I have used A&B but I would have no hesitation of using them again and recommending them to others.
